The apartment No. 03 with its own large garden directly on the promenade / Baltic Sea is located on the ground floor of the Villa Seeblick. The apartment for up to six people and a size of 127 m² is very high quality with selected design furniture and has three rooms: Two large interconnecting living room with 65 square meters living space with large flat screen TV and open kitchen (high quality Siemens) Appliances), two spacious bedrooms each with a double bed (180 cm wide), a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and another bathroom with shower / WC. The floors of the apartment are made of oak parquet. Two extra beds and a sofa bed offer the possibility of extra bed for more than four guests. From the living room you reach the large private garden with beautiful garden furniture and a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and the white beach in Binz. From the private garden a garden gate leads directly onto the beach promenade and the beach. From the south-facing bedroom you reach the large, south-facing balcony with comfortable furniture. In the storage room in the entrance area, items can be stowed and access to an on-site extra bed / cot and high chair.

The sauna, the internet access via W-LAN, as well as the parking lot no. 19 in the underground garage (double parker) are available to the guests, only for 15 euros per night. The apartment 03 is accessible via the entrance staircase of the villa in the rear garden area of the building or the underground car park via stairwell and elevator.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment 03 (but possible in your own garden and on the balcony). Pets are not allowed (note: a pet is welcome in apartment 13 in the Strandhaus Seeblick). In the underground car park bicycles can be safely parked and connected in a separate room.
