"The OASIS", Newly Renovated, Spacious, Luxury Upscale, 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath Condo with New Hot Tub and New Built-in Grill on the Balcony!

Welcome to "The OASIS", unit C605 at Turquoise Place Orange Beach, AL. Your home away from home! Kick off your shoes and take in the views! Our 3 Bedroom/3.5 Bath condo sleeps 10 people and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do with our family!

This beautiful, newly renovated, condo is located directly on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama. The property is a premier luxury resort, offering first class amenities and is, by far, the most luxurious condominium on the coast. Our condo is located on the 6th floor in the east building and has over 2300 square feet of living space. You'll enjoy easy access to both elevator banks as it's centrally located between them.

The Oversized Master Bedroom has a king bed w/large chair that converts into a single bed, perfect for a little one. Guest Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. The Living area has two queen size sleeper sofas, providing plenty of sleeping room.

Enjoy the private 400 square foot balcony featuring a new Blaze outdoor grill with sink and hot tub which allows for you to cook and relax with the breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. For added convenience, the balcony is accessible from the Living Room and Master Bedroom.

The living room has plenty of seating to relax while taking in a movie on the flat screen at night after an enjoyable day at the beach. The newly renovated kitchen features Sub Zero and Wolf appliances. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV, as does the master bathroom for you to enjoy while soaking in the large Jacuzzi tub! The wet bar features a wine cooler and an ice maker to keep your drinks ice cold during your stay. The laundry room is spacious with a front loading washer and dryer as well as a sink.

**2 Parking passes are included with your stay!
Additional Parking can be purchased at Check-in for $30 per day, if available. Free Parking is available at the Island Church on Canal Rd. You must request a parking pass at check-in to park in the lot. Someone from your party will need to shuttle you to Turquoise Place.

Attention: Turquoise Place has new amenities; including: Slide, Putt Putt, Splash Pad, and Movie Green!!

We all truly enjoyed our stay! We love the hot tub on the deck. There's not much better than watching a full moon glaring off of the vastness of the gulf as you have a nice glass of wine, all while relaxing in a hot tub. It was perfect. The kids love the pool and the amazing 4 story water slide, wow! The host were so nice. They quickly answered any question that I had. They even sent us some amazinggg gourmet donuts from a local shop! We will be looking forward to next years getaway.

Our stay here was simply amazing. The condo was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and cooking tools you could ever need! We are Kevin and Sheila. We live in North Texas and have three grown children, along with our elementary school age granddaughter who loves the beach as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We have been taking our family on trips to the beach for the last 20+ years. While we live in North Texas, we consider our newly renovated condo at Turquoise Place a second home and we hope you will too. We love the friendly people of Alabama and have fell in love with the area which is just one reason why we purchased this property.

What makes this property unique

We bought this particular condo because it's right on the beach and we love waking up to the view of the ocean. The sounds of the waves are both peaceful and therapeutic. Turquoise Place offers a spacious relaxing luxury resort style feel which is what ultimately convinced us that this is the place we want to be when we vacation to the beach.
The amenities are extensive including the lazy river, multiple pools, outdoor bar and grill, sauna's, gyms, and more.
