Also includes boogie boards, cornhole and an assortment of yard games. Inside there's a game room with a 1,000+ video game arcade, air hockey, skee-ball, and smart TV's in every room!

Cozy home steps away from Cocoa Beach

The house and location were perfect for our family. The host had everything that we needed. It was a real bonus having access to a beach umbrella, chairs and sand toys. We would go back for sure.

Something for everyone

We had a lovely time at Coral Palm beach house. The house is beautifully decorated and the yard is very well-equipped. The location is perfect for heading to the beach, which was lovely and quiet.

perfect getaway

We arrived to find the house was just as pictured. So cute! Plenty of space to spread out or gather together to play games. The putting green was super fun outside. The walk to the beach took all of three minutes. Plus there were really great restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely go back!

the house and the backyard were great

The house was beautiful, tastefully decorated and immaculate and equipped with everything. We had a little trouble with the keypad but Jen answered my call immediately and helped us. Hosts even left us a delicious homemade salsa along with a couple of other warm welcoming touches. The backyard was a blast- putting green and beanbag toss game and outdoor seating. The shed had all kinds of beach equipment and bikes and I enjoyed a long bike ride. We walked a block to to the beach. Very comfortable, clean, relaxing and fun- would surely rent again.

My husband and I love being short term rental hosts in Cocoa Beach. We enjoy giving families and friends an opportunity and a place to create experiences and memories that will last a lifetime. Sunny Lane Beach House was our first, and we recently added Coral Palm Beach House. We hope you love it as much as we do! Little bit about us-we have 3 kids, one an officer and pilot in training in the Marines, the other a freshman at UF, and the third in middle school. I am a Florida native and I have lived in Orlando since the 80's. I love to travel around our beautiful country, but Florida will always be my home.

Great location just three houses from the beach, and an amazing backyard with artificial turf throughout, a fire pit, covered patio, and a four-hole private putting green.
