This home has all the bells and whistles anyone could ask for in a vacation home. Relax year-round with the hot tub and steam sauna! and In the summer months enjoy the benefits of a private pool.

This home is in the perfect location for weddings in Grand Rapids or even a quick shot to Holland. with 3200 sq ft of living space theres plenty of room for everyone.

We have three living areas for entertaining space. A crowd favorite is also the garage door bar that opens to the backyard living space.

This property was really great for our multigenerational 100th birthday party. The house was large, the beds comfortable, and the pool/ hot tub area was enjoyed! It was great that beach towels were provided. Lexi was able to accommodate an early check in and late checkout.Esthetically, the windows need to be washed, the base boards need to be dusted, the inside of the kitchen cabinets could be cleaner, and the light fixtures need to be dusted. There weren’t enough dinner plates for 10 and some of those provided were chipped. More silverware would be helpful as well. The outdoor grill was dirty and the grill brush needs to be replaced. One outdoor lounge chair cushion and cover was unusable due to ripped and moldy fabric. I have no doubt that Lexi will correct these issues as she seemed to hear my concerns.

We had a great extended weekend in Grand Rapids for a friends trip and this place was perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful with check in and local recommendations. The house is very nice and clean, pool and steam shower are great bonus amenities and the beds are really comfortable! Perfect for a group of friends or family, the house is also in a nice location just a few minutes from downtown. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great Place!

This place accommodated our group of 7 perfectly and there was plenty to do at the house with the bar, hot tub, pool, fire pit, and back patio to name a few. Would recommend if you're trying to stay outside of Grand Rapids.

Great place to stay

It was spacious and well equipped with a large pool and a nice hot tub. There was also a fire pit. Nice little bar area where you can open a door and see a tv from the deck. Host was available and quickly responded to our questions.

Great summer spot with a pool near the city

We had an amazing time at this property. The outdoor activities with the pool and hot tub were amazing on hot summer days. Just a short trip from Grand Rapids where we could visit a bunch of breweries. The host was very accommodating and responsive as well. Couldn’t recommend this place higher!

Beautiful house

This is a such a beautiful home with so many upgrades including a fun surprise with steam room and giant multi-head shower and enough bedrooms and space for 7 adults!
