Beautiful family/group-friendly house in Boulder County

Our beautiful and spacious home is located right off of the Coal Creek Trail in Lafayette, CO. It is the perfect place for a large family or group to comfortably stay while exploring all that Boulder County and the Denver area have to offer!
Tons of space to relax after a busy day with three living/family areas-one on each floor.
Walk out our back fence and follow the short trail that connects to the Coal Creek Trail, which runs for miles in either direction-great for a walk or bike ride.
5 minutes from downtown Lafayette or Louisville, 15-20 minutes from Boulder, 30 minutes from Denver.
5 bedrooms with an additional sofa bed in the family room in basement.
Newly finished basement with guest bed and bathroom, family room with dry bar and foos ball table, and fully stocked fitness room.
