Welcome to our condo with breathtaking desert mountain and fountain views! This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat offers a luxurious and comfortable stay for your vacation.

Both bedrooms feature king-sized beds for a restful night's sleep. Each room is equipped with brand new smart TVs, ensuring entertainment options for everyone. The living room also boasts a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. We also provide two cribs and an air mattress to accommodate families with little ones.

Gather around the comfortable dining table that seats six for meals or game nights. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Our bathrooms are also fully equipped with all essentials.

Conveniently located just steps away from the main pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center, you can easily indulge in leisurely activities. Additionally, the lovely hammock gardens provide a serene oasis for relaxation. Each bedroom has a private patio that overlooks the majestic mountains, fountains, and lush fruit trees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn the AC to 80 in the warmer months.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
During festivals we require the names of up to 6 overnight guests and up to 4 daytime named guests. The HOA imposes a $100 fee replace lost wristband.
For your safety, there is a Ring Doorbell camera installed outside the main door that provides surveillance of the balcony.

Great Stay!

The condo was very spacious, modern and well decorated. Bethany was an awesome host, very responsive and accommodating to all our requests. Legacy Villas is a beautiful gated community with countless resort amenities (pools, spas, gym, etc.) and beautifully manicured grounds. The location is central and convenient to restaurants, shops, etc. Highly recommend!

Great weekend stay!

Loved this rental. We came with our family of 4 (with two kids under 12) and had a great stay. The location was great...close to the main pool but with the balcony overlooking the courtyard and not the pool which was great...and super close walk to the other pools. Minimal noise and we were there on a busy weekend. Plenty of room in the condo to spread out and everything we needed! The manager/owner was very helpful and responsive prior to and during the stay. Would definitely stay there again!

La Quinta Stay

Bethany and the property were awesome, the legacy villas are very well kept, the pool is great, and its amazing to just walk around. Lots of great stuff close by in la quinta and perfect location to spend a day doing a loop thru joshua tree. Everything was great. Only thing that was not perfect was that the sheets/pillows on the bed were not the most comfortable - not a big deal but there is always room for improvement! Thanks for a great stay bethany!

Great Getaway Location

I brought my daughter and her friend to Legacy Villas for a quick spring break getaway. I happened upon Bethanny’s listing and was so happy I did! It was the perfect set up as there were two king bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The girls had just enough separation from me! The property is safe and allows for the teenagers to roam and explore the different pools throughout the day. The decks off of the bedrooms were a great place to retreat after a day in the sun or early morning before it got too hot. Great communication with Bethanny on arrival, including great suggestions of things to do in the area! Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed! We will definitely be returning!
