We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect—quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by a beautiful mountain setting that made it feel like we were truly getting away from everything, while still being just a quick drive to downtown Flagstaff.The hosts were fantastic—welcoming, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything about our stay was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The host was very nice and available for anything we needed. We loved having Winnie, the dog, visit us every morning while we sat on the beautiful patio and had coffee. It was quiet and relaxing. We will definitely return.

My wife and I loved staying in this unit. If you're looking for a place that is out and away from the hustle/bustle of downtown Flagstaff, this is it. Located in a beautifully wooded area, secluded, and serene. Saw different wildlife everytime we drove in and out. It's only about a 10 minute drive into the main downtown area of Flagstaff. About an hour from Sedona and hour and a half from Grand Canyon. The unit was very comfortable and well stocked. It would have been nice to have a "welcome binder" with suggestions on best places to go, eat, shop, etc. However, Mike and McKenze were great hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. We definitely would recommend this to others.

Beautiful place/setting

Gorgeous modern guest house set deep in the pines, yet it was just minutes to NAU, I-17, etc. You can walk to the trails or just relax on an amazing deck. Super quiet/peaceful neighborhood. Hosts were great and property seemed even better than advertised.

Pines Getaway

Excellent property! Husband and I stayed one month in July. Very clean, fun decor, right in the pines but close to town. Owners very helpful. Relaxed mornings on deck and then sightseeing. Lots to do in area with great backroads to explore.

Perfect stay for 2 persons

We had a great stay at Mckenzye's house. It is located nicely in the woods, a short distance (15 minutes) from Old Town Flagstaff. Everything was clean and nice and the interior is modern and tasteful. Special mentioning goes to the huge TV and hifi set that you can stream to via the well functioning wifi.

Peaceful Pines Retreat

Great property for a couple who want a quiet getaway Flagstaff location. New, clean, well-designed guest house. New amenities. Wayne and Mckenzye were great hosts, very responsive, helpful, and friendly. One of the best VRBO properties we've rented in the past ten years! We would happily stay here again!
