Lovely New Year's weekend

We stayed at the property on New Year's weekend. Kenneth was a very accommodating host, the house was comfortable and well-appointed, and the location was great.

This guest brought four families into my home when it was rented for two adults and one child. She broke the rules and did not pay the additional rental fee's. She didn't answer texts or emails from owner then had the neerve to give him a bad review. I would not rent to her again. Be ware.
