About this property

Private yet close to all the amenities. The views and private feel cannot be beat! The birds and ducks in the canal are very entertaining. Pool home with split floor plan. Recently renovated from top to bottom. New bathrooms and beautifully decorated! Large driveway is great if you are traveling with an RV, boat or multiple vehicles. Hosting this home with YOU in mind. Welcome to Peachland Blvd!

Post hurricane details:The house is good other than some minor damage to a couple soffit areas around the house- just waiting for that to be fixed by contractor but it isn’t very noticeable. Obviously, the foliage view is a little different since the hurricane.

We have 5 exterior cameras that record both video and sound. Locations are: front door, above garage door, right side of the house, left side of the house and back right side of the house. NO part of the lanai or pool is seen in any of these cameras to ensure guest privacy.
