About this property

Holiday house at the Mecklenburg Lake District, at the Fleesensee

Bright and nice house on the lake. Only a few meters from the marina. Lake view from the balcony.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac (sand path) on a small wooded area and has a small, but fine plot.
From there, a narrow footpath leads directly to the marina.

My house is bright and decorated with great attention to detail. The bedroom with loggia upstairs is reached via a spiral staircase. The brightly tiled shower room has a window. The open kitchen is well equipped with dishes from Villeroy & Boch, coffee maker, pots, cutlery and beautiful glasses. The brightly tiled living room with floor-to-ceiling windows leads to the conservatory. From the south-facing terrace in front of the house with bench and table you have a beautiful view of nature. Parasol and barbecue are available.

The Heidepark Silz is located directly on the Fleesensee amidst beautiful nature with mature trees. There are several sandy beaches within walking distance as well as a beach volleyball court. A restaurant with a large terrace overlooking the lake as well as a mini market with daily fresh rolls and snacks for daily needs is also available.

The video monitored marina is just steps away from the house. If necessary, I can take care of a guest berth for the own boat. Please let me know in advance.
The 11 km2 Fleesensee is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers.

Other shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies and post office are located in the nearby, picturesque Malchow

Lichtdurchflutetes Häuschen am Kiefernwald

Sehr empfehlenswertes, ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Balkon und lauschiger Terrasse mit Garten, Kräutern und Blumen, nah am See und Kiefernwäldchen. Geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, nichts fehlt. Super nette Vermieterin, die uns mit gekühltem Bier und Kaffee im Schrank empfangen hat und bei Fragen schnell antwortete. In 20 min ist man mit den Rädern im malerischen Malchow, vorbei an Feldern und durch Wälder. Einen Minisupermarkt gibt's 5 min fußläufig, ebenso wie eine Pizzeria, nah am kleinen Strand. Schnell ist der Müritz Nationalpark erreichbar. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt!

Sommertraum im Heidepark

Das sehr gut ausgestattete Haus liegt in der 2. Reihe zum Fleesensee. Leider kein direkter Zugang zu See, dieser ist nur Bootsinhabern zugänglich. Der nächste Badestrand ca. 300 m entfernt; ideal für Kleinkinder, da er lange Zeit sehr flach ist. Wer direkt in den Schwimmbereich will, sucht sich einen anderen See aus. Ein bisschen rumfahren und jeder findet für sich bei diesem Seenangebot den richtigen See. Das Haus liegt am Waldrand, der früh seinen Schatten auf Haus und Wiese wirft. Dadurch konnten wir trotz der hohen Temperaturen (14 Tage über 30°) immer gut einschlafen. Es war einfach schön.

Chilla-Villa in grüner Oase

Meine Frau und ich waren Anfang August 2020 zu Gast in der Chilla-Villa in der Ferienhaussiedlung am Fleesensee in Silz. Kurzum: Alles hat super gepasst und wir haben die (leider nur eine) Woche absolut genossen. Demzufolge 5 von 5 Sternen!!! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass sich die Vermieterin hier sehr viel Mühe gegeben hat. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Ein Bad mit Dusche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Fernseher und Balkon, eine volleingerichtete Küche (Achtung ohne TK-Schrank) sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit Wintergarten und eine Waschmaschine. Das Highlight war für uns der Garten. Eine schöne Terrasse mit mediterranen Bäumchen (die sich freuen, wenn die Mieter ihnen regelmäßig etwas Wasser geben) und Blick ins Grüne machte den Eindruck perfekt. (ein HK-Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden) Der See inkl. Badestrand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war stets sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Fragen wurden von ihr sofort per Mail beantwortet. Alles in allem haben wir uns in dem Haus pudelwohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder, wenn wir wieder einen Urlaub in der Mecklenburger Seenplatte planen.

Urlaub am Fleesensee

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die herrliche ruhige Lage direkt am See und das mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtete Haus waren Urlaub pur.
