We were in Florida to visit an ill family member and this home was very close to the Rehab center. Down Home Property Management was organized, efficient and made the rental process easy to understand! Nancy was very kind, answered all questions promptly The home was immaculate and very welcoming the pictures did not fo the home justice! The views were incredible from the pool and lanai area. The master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Master shower perfect! The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals along with the grill on patio. Was so nice to have the golf cart available to us. The only disappointment was the pool toys were unusable they were ripped. A suggestion add a guest book the owners home was so nice we would have Thanked them and left restaurant suggestion for future lucky guests. The pool temperature was so refreshing and hot tub a great way to end a long exhausting day! Would love to stay again! Thank you so much! The Fagans

The house was lovely, very clean and well appointed. The only thing missing was a couple of lounge chairs to relax on after getting out of the beautiful pool.
