Inside, you will find a bright interior with lots of natural light, industrialized finishes, custom features, a kitchenette with a toaster, air fryer, coffee pot, and Ninja, and a gas fireplace to curl up next to. The main bedroom is spacious, with additional sleeping space and walk-out access to a beautifully furnished garden retreat with ocean views and a hot tub on the back patio off the primary bedroom.

This is a fantastic stay for a couple, a small family, a romantic retreat, or an extended stay while visiting gorgeous Alaska. It is conveniently located downtown, within walking distance of neighborhood eateries, fine dining, unique shops, museums, and access to the Coastal Trail.

THINGS TO KNOW
To use streaming services, guests must login with their own credentials.
The two twin beds in the second bedroom can be pushed together to create a king bed.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
