Location, location, location! Hogfish is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home within walking distance to Pine Avenue, City Pier, and the beaches. The home is located on quiet Loquat Street on a deep canal. The backyard was recently redone with turf throughout including a 3-hole putting green for your entertainment. Guests can also enjoy a spacious heated pool and dock with 30-amp service. On the pool level you can lounge in the sitting area on the pool patio or in the indoor lounge area. The bedrooms are nicely appointed as follows:

Main Living Level (2nd Floor):
• Queen bed with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower

3rd Floor:
• King Master and newly renovated ensuite master bath with walk-in shower and soaking tub
• Queen bedroom with renovated hall bath (walk-in shower)
• Two twins bedroom with recently renovated hall bath (walk-in shower)

The main living level is very spacious with an open floor plan featuring a beautifully decorated dining room that seats 8 and separate TV and living rooms off of the spacious kitchen. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a sunny breakfast nook. Come enjoy all of this luxury on Anna Maria Island!

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Ideal

Friends with their families stayed for a long weekend, and had a blast. The property was even better than described, and fun for all ages. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Hogfish again.

Great House for A Boating Vacation

Property is close to the main strip on AMI and right on a channel. We were able to use our boat during the week. My son and his friend enjoyed the pool, mini golf and other amenities.

Love the island but not the best rental

Pictures look great. However, many things are broken, beds, windows, doors, wash machine. Not super clean in a CoVID world. Windows filthy. Cockroaches in basement. Must smell on one side of house like it’s been waterlogged. We dealt with it but would not re t again. It needs some attention, better management etc. oh and we could have been knocked out by the branches/bark that fell right on top of the chairs outside. Pool not really heated and needs water, makes a terrible gurgling sound fir the 1x family swam. Sorry, but this place does need attention.

Amazing overall experience.

This was a total package! The dock for the boat at your back door, the house, the pool, the porches, the location.. could not have been any better. We used a golf cart for many days of exploring beaches and restaurants. Quiet cul de sac. Fishing from the dock. Loved it so much we have already booked it for next year. Well done hogfish!!
