Great Vacation!

We visited the last week of March 2023, 5 adults, and our family dog, and we had a wonderful time. The house was very clean, and was well furnished with soft, homey furniture that made the house warm and inviting. We liked that there were area and throw rugs throughout the house which made it feel even more cozy. The neighborhood is nice, and quiet, and close to everything. We enjoyed walking our dog during the day and in the evening hours, we also rented bikes for the week and enjoyed riding all around the neighborhood. The pool was our favorite part and we really loved that the entire yard was fenced in. The covered outdoor seating area was a nice reprieve from the sun and comfy to enjoy in the early morning as well as the evening. The outdoor TV is a nice feature too as we were able to watch several basketball games while floating around the pool. Our only cons from this property are, the front door definitely needs a window covering, we did not like the feeling of being "on display" so we used a towel and some tape to partially cover the glass for the week. The garage door was not functional and we had to bring bikes and beach equipment in and out from the man door on the side of the garage. There were some pool toys/floats however, they were pretty much all for kids. We did buy some floats for adults which we left there. There were also not enough hangers for everyone for the week so we bought some and left them behind. These minor issues did not affect our stay at all and we truly had a great time! We would definitely rent this place again!!

Home away from home

This stay was the best I’ve had experienced , the location to EVERY THING was great!! Vanderbilt Beach was a 5 minute drive. The beds were so comfortable that you didn’t want to get out, I really liked the fact that the shades darkened the room and I was woken up at sunrise every day! After all I was on vacation. The host had pool toys , and beach items available to use, as well as beach towels, a wagon and umbrella for the beach to use. The place was clean and very inviting, there’s a Tv in each room, which the kids loved!! No fighting over who gets to watch a show! AND a Tv on the patio to watch from the pool!! This place will definitely be my first choice next time I’m In Naples.

Even better in person!

Arrived at the house and it was on a nice quiet street just about 5-7 minutes from the beach. Inside everything was brand new and very clean. Felt right at home. The backyard was great to grill burgers, lay out in the sun, and take a dip in the pool. Overall very satisfied with the stay, would recommend again.
