This lovely retreat is in a great neighborhood in North Naples near dining options, a shopping center, stores, and grocery stores, and within two miles of Wiggins Pass Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.

This beautiful home consists of two well-appointed duplexes rented as one retreat. The private heated pool in the backyard is the star of the home, especially if you are staying during hot summer days and would like an instant refreshment! There is a huge backyard with a beautiful lawn and stone patios with two propane grills for warm-weather barbecues. The screened porches overlook the pool and provide a great source of shade and comfort with inviting seating areas.

These air-conditioned duplexes boast sunny and breezy living areas with inviting sofas and large TVs (one in each duplex) to watch your favorite movies and shows during your stay. Free high-speed WiFi is provided, so don't hesitate to video call your folks back home to show them where you are staying, or upload all of your favorite pictures on your social media and be the envy of your friends! When mealtime comes, the duplexes offer two fully-equipped kitchens that will help you prepare memorable meals and snacks on the go for the crew. Would you like to explore the neighborhood and experience it just like a local would? Then, use the four adult bikes provided! Additional amenities include two washers/dryers on-site.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
