Beautiful patio with a flower garden that opens to a great grilling area. Updated kitchen with granite countertops. Gas fireplace, sunroom. No parties or events without prior approval. At least one renter must be over age 25. Access to river OFF-SITE is available with prior notice and reservation of kayak or fishing equipment.
