On a private, quiet street this newly remodeled luxury home remodeled with all the modern conveniences, Bluetooth speakers, stainless steel appliances, etc. Huge covered deck with great view of the trees and nature in a large fenced in backyard, plenty of parking and located within a 5 minute drive of local restaurants , shopping, amusement parks, horse racing and public parks . Perfectly located!

The neighborhood is quiet, the house Is on a hill and the neighbors are friendly. There are 6 cameras located on the outside of the home , 1 on each corner of the house, 1 facing the front door, and 1 facing the backyard. You will have access to viewing those cameras while staying in the home.

Convenient Location for Louisville & Fort Knox

The property is clean and has many spaces to spread out. Good for teens and adults alike. The stairs are the only drawback for this property - for less mobile adults this property would be a challenge.

This home is amazing! I took a lot of time and attention on all the details of the decor. Every single element was upgraded and taken into consideration. From all the bathrooms having Bluetooth speakers, the lighting throughout, the decor, all way to the treatment on the walls.

What makes this property unique

There are no neighbors behind us. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, with the view in the backyard there is nothing but trees. The deck is huge and great for family entertainment. All the bedrooms and dining room have Large TVs. And the basement includes a large pool table and theater chairs, karaoke system and an arcade game. The home is very conveniently located a 10/15 minute drive to anywhere in the city.
