You can expect a bright and cozy apartment with high living comfort in the maritime Baltic flair in the center of Zingst.
The apartment, which was completed in 2019, offers two bedrooms, a living room with an integrated kitchen area, a bathroom and a utility room on approx. 55 sqm. The large balcony to the southwest offers space to eat and relax.
Experience cozy hours in front of the gas fireplace, which provides cozy warmth not only on cold days of the year. There is a parking space for your car in front of the house, as well as another parking space for your guests. Bicycles and beach accessories can be parked in a separate bike shed.
