Disconnect during your vacation at "Ca Sa Tati," a spacious and well-maintained apartment located in an exceptional area. This expansive accommodation with sea views is situated on the promenade next to the small port of Son Serra de Marina.

It has an extensive terrace where you always have the choice between sun and shade. The terrace extends 180º around the house, where you can find four sun loungers, a dining table, an outdoor shower and, of course, a barbecue. On the terrace you can enjoy an exclusive dinner with views and the sea breeze. Through a small door, you have direct access to the promenade, sailors, and the small Yacht Club in front of the house. To the left of the house is the natural beach of Ses Escorxes, and where Son Serra ends in the east, a nearly 2-kilometer-long sandy beach opens up with an idyllic and protected dune landscape.

The living room is open to the terrace through large windows, making it very bright and equipped with air conditioning for hotter days. In the living room there is a table for six people, where you can get together as a family for lunch, dinner or board games. The accommodation, which houses six people, has three bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning in each one, on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, with one of them being en suite. The kitchen, with an arched window connected to the living room, creating a shared atmosphere, and is fully equipped. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, as is the living room.

Up to now, Son Serra de Marina is a local hidden gem. Even in the height of summer, it is not too crowded, and it is a unique place with buildings no taller than two floors and surrounded by natural reserves.
