This home couldn`t be more jaw-dropping! Originally a 19th century miners cabin this home has gone through a transformation like no other. With 3 floors of luxury, the details are overwhelming. From the state of the art gourmet kitchen to the incredible use of reclaimed timbers in the home, to the cozy and sumptuous bedrooms. This property is the perfect place to spend time in Crested Butte.

Upon entering the home you will feel a sense of warmth and comfort. The furnishings are of the finest quality and you will spend many hours just enjoying the company of family and friends around the gas fireplace. The main level of the home is anchored by the custom spiral staircase which runs through the middle of the entire home and is a work of art in itself! The open feel of the floor plan lends itself to entertaining and the gourmet kitchen with Wolf range and Sub-Zero refrigerator can handle the biggest of family meals or the occasional midnight snack! Be sure to take a look at the kitchen island with the one of a kind liquid metal top.Off the kitchen is a heated garage for your vehicle or all the many toys a person needs in Crested Butte!

Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and king beds. In both rooms the skylights are positioned so that you can lay in bed and look at a perfectly framed Mt. Crested Butte! Between bedrooms are 2 full bathrooms, one of them, with a fantastic steam shower! On the lower level of the home, you will find two large bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each. Both have en-suite baths, one with a tub and shower and the other with a steam shower. The laundry room with oversized washer and dryer is off the hallway.

During the summer months, the large outdoor patio becomes a living space all its own. The outdoor gardens are breathtaking and framed by hand cut slab flagstone.

This property can be joined with "Margeaux`s Cottage" for larger parties!

As always there is no need to come into our offices to check in.  Since the beginning we have had contactless check in where as a guest you go directly to your home and access the property with a code.  Iron Horse has elevated and will continue to place an emphasis on our cleaning practices and policies, along with procedures such as direct check in to limit contact and provide a safe vacation environment.

Highest Standard Cleaning Procedures

All of our vacation rentals and housekeeping properties are thoroughly and professionally cleaned between each stay. Here are some of the steps we take between each visit to ensure your home will be sanitized, clean, and disinfected.
-All of our cleaning and maintenance staff wear gloves and face covers while in our properties.
-All hard surfaces and high touch areas are cleaned with household disinfectant including doorknobs, handles, toilets and faucet knobs, light switches, handrails, remote controls, lockboxes, electronics, thermostats, game areas, furniture, kitchen cabinets and refrigerators, etc.
-Private Hot tubs are ALWAYS cleaned, treated and sanitized before your stay. If there is ever a question of cleanliness our crew is instructed to completely drain and refill the tub in addition to sanitizing. Condo shared hot tubs are maintained by each -individual HOA and follow current cleanliness standards.
-All bed and bath linens are laundered on site and installed with care
-Our properties include hand soap, dish soap, and other approved disinfectants for your use
-No Contact Check-Ins - there is no need to come to our office during your stay
