La Santa Estancia is amazing, excellent, wonderful, all of the above! Memo and staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The home is beautiful with its architecture and style. The snorkeling right at the house was the best in Cozumel. Close to downtown and airport. We did not want to leave!

Our favorite VRBO house ever!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this gorgeous, idyllic home. The ocean views and layout of the house are perfect, but Memo and Poya and the other wonderful staff at the home made our visit the most memorable ever. Their food was delicious and Memo knew everyone’s coffee order after the first morning. We hope to be back soon! Everything was just perfect. Thank you thank you for the best vacation ever!

This property and the hosts are just simply incredible. If you love the ocean there is simply no other place on the island i could consider over this! They are super attentive to your comfort. The outdoor space is like being in your own private paradise...there were entire hotels that have less oceanfront...
