When we return to Cozumel this is where we will stay. We won't even look for something different. The condo was spectacular. Great location and view. Beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen. Isabella and Matias answered all of our questions before we booked and did the same during our stay. My son competed in the Ironman and Matias hand-delivered a bike pump. He went above and beyond. I feel very comfortable recommending this property to anyone who is visiting Cozumel.

Great stay at NaHa

This was a great place to stay - pool then jump straight into the ocean for a little snorkeling . It was more beautiful than the pictures. “Matt” and his team are super nice and supportive. They make sure you are taken care of 100%. We will be back for sure! Thanks for the GREAT stay!!

Simply Paradise!

Cozumel is fantastic!! Beautiful beaches, crystal clear water, friendly people, clean and safe! We found Na Ha 702 to be exactly what we wanted. It had amazing views, it was spacious enough for our family, had a large balcony to watch the sunset, a great pool, well maintained inside and out with modern furniture and it was close enough to walk to town for dinner or shopping. We would definitely return for another vacation with or without the kids.

Perfect location. Close enough to the action without being in the middle of everything. Kids could play at the pool and ocean all day everyday. Staff was very helpful. Cleanliness was top notch. Unit was well stocked with everything you needed to cook. We would definitely be happy to stay here again in the future and recommend to any of our friends.

We had an excellent stay here at the Nah Ha Condominiums. There is no sign on the condos but very easy to find. It was a little hard to get a taxi sometimes, Matias was great at helping me find whatever I needed, to include a good rental and the best massages ever. I will be back and will only stay at the Nah Ha! Friendly, clean, spacious, and the most beautiful view in Cozumel! Also the communication was superb, better than I have ever had at another other place.

Bonita Nah Ha 702

This is our fifth time at Nah Ha and third time staying in unit 702. We enjoyed our stay immensely as both the unit itself and the building are both beautiful, comfortable and just right to decompress from the everyday. The coral just off the building has started to grow back in and with it the fiish so snorkeling right off the back of the property is an enjoyable way to spend some time between dips in the pool. Isabella, Matias and Joyce at Cozumel Seasiide have always ensured our vacations in Cozumel are nothing but the best.

Excellent Choice for Cozumel

After a lot of research, I "settled" on Naha and have no regrets. Absolutely gorgeous setting and condo; the pictures really do it justice. Didn't have good weather, but snorkeling the shoreline was very rewarding and diving with Pepe Scuba down the block was excellent. While we did less cooking than usual when renting a condo, the excellent and reasonable restaurants in town, only an 80 peso taxi ride away, were just too good to miss. Issues with the elevator made it a little challenging for this 64 year old who is only in reasonable shape, but turned out to be not much of an issue and fair compensation for the inconvenience was rewarded. While generally I've had little call for pestering the property manager in my travels, I had a number of questions about local things (not problems with the property) and Matias was absolutely wonderful and responsive supplying helpful feedback within minutes. All the various workers at the property were genuinely friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

WOW!!! The best of the best in the most amazing condominium in Cozumel with the most stunning views!

Our family enjoyed this place to the MAX!!! This one is truly a FIVE STAR!!! We celebrated our son’s birthday and continued to celebrate our happiness every day and We relaxed like never before! If you want to make great memories with your family right in front of ocean with the best picture views possible to remember, this is the place! The pictures on this platform are very accurate, but it shows only a fraction of what the place is all about… Matias and Roberto were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I do you recommend this piece of paradise to anyone and we hope to come back and enjoy again soon…

Great location right on the waterfront. 3 bedroom 3 and a half baths newly updated. Good security and cleaning service offered every other day. Wake up to a bright beautiful day, watching cruise ships coast in and out of the harbor. Nice pool and hot tubs. Sunsets just made to order!! Beautiful Condo with beautiful views!

This condo was perfect for our group of two adults and 4 teens. The location is awesome and it is really easy to get around. There was never a crowded feeling that you can get at a busy resort. The leasing staff was on top of all of our request and very friendly. There was never any noise at night or worry of security. The pool and rooms were kept very clean. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a nice, relaxing vacation in Cozumel!

Great location. The condo was spotless, had everything you would need to make meals, relax and enjoy being on a holiday. Good location away from the bustle of town but a short 5 min ride gets you into the thick of things. views from this condo onto the ocean are amazing. You can see Playa del Carmen in the day and at night. Friendly, efficient service. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot rave enough about our stay at this beautiful condo! My husband and I would sit out on the terrace every morning overlooking the blue Caribbean waters with coffee in hand and say... "yes, this will be our dream home one day". The rooms and decor are impeccable. I was thinking of every excuse in the book to tell my boss to stay another week. Isabella the property manager from cozumelseaside.com was so attentive and professional and is now considered a new friend. We look forward to making this our yearly retreat. Our new "home away from home".

We had a spectacular time in Cozumel. The condo at Na-Hah #702 was beautiful! Great views and the service was top notch! My daughter and son had never been to Cozumel and thoroughly enjoyed the week on the island. The week was too short but had a terrific stay! The condo was the icing to a great trip! The snorkeling off the condo was utterly awesome. We spent our sons birthday here and Joyce helped us with a baker for a cake.

I've never been one to enjoy staying in hotels b/c I found them impersonal, so I have stayed at my fair share of condos and houses across the world.I believe I have found near perfection at Na Ha!! The price, the location, and the accommodations made me want to marry a local just so I could live here for the rest of my life!

Great stay !

Cozumel's North Coast is easily accessible via a short taxi ride to and from town for less than $10US. Getting taxis to and from town, or the ferry, was never a problem, even late or early for tours. The pool is nice, if small, but fine for recreational swimming and sitting in the sun. My older kids did do a little snorkeling off the pool deck, though the current is strong here, so do use caution. We liked having space, a/c, beautiful sunsets, and a view of the ocean. It was the perfect space for our family of five with two older teens, a tween, my husband, and myself. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. We ate breakfasts and some lunches at the unit but mostly dined in town for dinners. We did a couple of trips to Mega near the cruise ship docks to get groceries (via taxi to and from). the staff through Cozumel Seaside Retreats was professional and very helpful, I would recommend both Nah Ha and Cozumel Seaside Retreats.

Perfect

This is our second time at the Na Ha condos. #702 has comfortable and ample furniture (we were a party of 6) and bright, colorful paintings done by the owners. The food on the island is top notch and very affordable. The reef off the condos (just dive in) is lovely and the daily sunsets off our balcony are a wonder. We plan to visit every year and can't recommend this property enough.

Could not have been better

Beautiful condo on the 7th floor. Everything you could possibly need is there. Great views of the crystal clear water and spectacular sunsets. While there is no sandy beach, there is a nice pool and a platform for diving right into the ocean where you can find pretty good snorkeling upon entry. If you don't want to enter by the platform there is easy access by a ladder. If you have young children just be aware of the currents. Great place for time with friends that was hard to leave.
