The location of the property was perfect for everything Eagle River has to offer. A wonderful property on a beautiful lake. The house had everything needed for our anniversary trip. While we had to battle some of the Canadian wildfire smoke most days, one night gave us the most spectacular sunsets we have ever seen. Quiet, comfortable and peaceful.

This is our 6th year staying in Eagle River in late summer. The house was perfect size for our family of 4. Great views of Catfish Lake and easy in and out with a boat. Loved being able to see kids in water from house and plenty of shallow water for kids to play in. Owner even stopped by when we could not locate the gas grill. Would rent again.

Beautifully constructed! The contractor that built this did an amazing job!we owned a cottage directly across Catfish lake for 11 years. I remember the original boat house, casted for Muskie many time near it. Nicely detailed layout , bath rooms very excellent! Really nice kitchen. We loved the boat house only slight concern is the stairs as we age. Very well constructed with good hand rails. We would come back!!

Catfish Lake Boathouse

We had a great time staying at this nicely updated boathouse on Catfish Lake. Excellent communication with the host and check-in/check-out was easy. The ping-pong table in the boat garage was a nice surprise!

4th of July Stay

Great place! Rented a pontoon from Bubbas boats and it was great!Air conditioning is weak. It is a window unit in the living room, so bedrooms get warm. But it was still a great stay!

Unique property on an amazing lake

The place was very clean, its in a perfect location on an amazing lake. Tons of restaurants and bars on the chain. The hosts couldn't have been nicer, in fact I barely saw them. Nice quiet place to have a guys/girls trip or a family getaway. Also, very close to town if you need to run and grab something.

Excellent stay at Catfish Lake Boathouse

My spouse and I had a wonderful stay at the Catfish Lake Boathouse. What an amazing place right on the water . We had two hobie kayaks that we easily kept right on the dock under house and plenty of room if we brought our boat. Check in was seamless , very clean , everything you need to cook if needed and wonderful porch to watch the sunsets in the evening . Will definitely be staying again ! Shelby

Amazing stay in Eagle River!!!

This Boathouse was absolutely gorgeous and we had an incredible experience here. We brought our pontoon and stored it right below us for the whole week! The sun would set directly in front of you, which makes it the perfect spot for après boating on the beautiful balcony! The backyard is also plenty large and we were able to keep our trailer there with us. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice getaway.
