The beautiful and spacious beach, with a gazebo, swim area, volleyball court, fishing lagoon, picnic tables, and grills, is just a short drive away - just a half mile to the beach! The Suissevale clubhouse, located nearby, offers tennis courts, basketball, and a playground.

Inside, there is a large family room on the lower level, providing ample space for entertainment and gatherings. Modern conveniences abound, including Wi-Fi connectivity, and Wi-Fi-enabled TVs for your entertainment needs. Practical amenities like a washer/dryer ensure a hassle-free stay, while ceiling fans and wall fans enhance your comfort. With generous parking space available for both cars and water toys (3 parking spaces) you have the freedom to explore and enjoy the surrounding area to the fullest.

The Suissevale Association does not allow tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State’s Landing Beach for guest use, where there is parking available.

Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $150, towel packages are $12 per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

The house looked exactly as shown on the listing. We had a large age range that all enjoyed the experience. The open floor plan and exterior deck is terrific for enjoying time together. Access to the private beach and public beach is a huge plus. The owner also left a welcome bag!
