We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The location was especially convenient, with easy access to Old City, Market Square, and the University of Tennessee campus. It was a great place to stay for the AU vs. UT football game, and we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay! We enjoyed a short trip with our dog and could not have been happier with the accommodations. Easy to find in a great location with tons to do nearby, very clean, and plenty of space. Descriptions provided by the hosts are true, it is quite noisy in the evenings and the upstairs window is thin so do not be surprised if the nightlife from surrounding bars and train horns are audible if you end your night early. Use the earplugs if if you’re a light sleeper! Upstairs bed is very firm and downstairs bed is much softer (and quieter). Highly recommend for couples traveling with a pet and looking to enjoy all Knoxville has to offer. Host was very responsive and helpful with info on parking, entry/exit, etc.

Great space with a lot of history. Property was easily accessible, and the space was just as described and pictured on the website. Property was clean and had everything we needed as far as toiletries and kitchen items. We made use of the Murphy bed and it was surprisingly very comfortable. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Be sure and visit Market Square.

This place is a gem. Amenities were more like a hotel than a rental. Terrific Murphy bed. Wonderful location. It was noisy, but we actually enjoyed the hubbub! We will definitely be back.

This space was perfect for a birthday getaway with my best friend! It’s a short walk to the Market Square and all of the restaurants and shops on Gay Street. Lots of little shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate surrounding area also.The space itself was like being in a movie. It was cozy, beautiful and clean!!!

Perfect location for Old City Knoxville. So many restaurants and bars all in walking distance. The loft bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, washer/dryer and full bath all behind 1 door. Makes it easy to dress. The downstairs also has ample open space. Communication withthe management company was always easy. They want you to enjoy every minute of your stay.

Great Character

Yes, it's a noisy location but we loved it. We were able to walk to everything and really appreciated the buildings character and gigantic windows. Excellent value.
