This luxury, executive style, air-conditioned, family villa is located in Calabay Parc, Davenport, less than 10 miles from Disney and close to all the other attractions.
Calabay Parc is a beautifully maintained community which is safe and friendly. Many restaurants & wonderful shopping are waiting to be explored just a few minutes from the villa.
We are fully licensed under the state of Florida and follow strict safety and cleanliness guidelines. It is extremely important to us that your stay in our villa is just what you would expect form a superior property and with Disney Sunrise Resort, you deal directly with the owner!

Indoors - You will find 3 spacious bedrooms which sleep 6 people comfortably.

The Primary Bedroom
The lovely peaceful room has been enhanced with a luxurious king sized suite with brand new king mattress, window blinds, modern ceiling fan and lovely bed linens.
The room is beautifully decorated and has a 60 inch flat screen TV with ROKU.
The ensuite bath has a deep tub, separate shower stall, double sinks set in a gorgeous new granite countertop and a huge walk-in closet.

The Queen Room
The second bedroom has a queen set with a gorgeous padded headboard with a new 14" very comfortable mattress and new linens, There is plenty of storage with a large dresser, 2 end tables and large closet. The windows were recently enhanced with Plantation Shutters.
A 43 inch flat screen TV is available for your pleasure. It includes Roku with streaming.

The Twin Room
The third bedroom has 2 brand new twin with new mattresses and boxsprings. The window is enhances with new Plantation Shutters. There is a fun beanbag chair for the kids. It has 2 closets and a Pack N Play if you have a toddler or baby. The decor is kid friendly with movie posters and Disney pictures. A 32 inch flat screen TV is available for cartoons, Disney +, Netflix or whatever you choose.

Family Bathroom
Between these 2 rooms is a newly renovated bathroom. It has a glass walk-in shower and modern decor. The colour scheme is white and grey.

The Living Area
Great Room
You will find a leather sectional and leather chairs which are all comfy for TV watching on our 70 inch flat screen TV with surround sound. The kids of all ages will enjoy our PS3 and the games provided. In the cabinet you will find movies for the kids and adults and many books and travel guides. We offer free Netflix for your enjoyment after a busy day at the parks. Disney +, ESPN etc are also available.
We have a printer for your use, WIFI of course and unlimited North American calling.

Large sliding doors lead to the lanai and pool area where you will find a table & chairs under the lanai. with sun loungers beside the pool as well as a conversation area which is perfect for a book and coffee or other beverage.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel major and a variety of bright red minor appliances. We have just updated with grey cabinets and gorgeous new granite countertops. There is also a beautiful new high efficiency washer and dryer. You should find everything you need! We even supply you with washing detergent and dishwasher tabs for your stay.

The Games Room
The games room in the garage boasts a pool table, foosball & air hockey for kids of all ages.

Calabay Parc is a very sought after vacation retreat where you will find quiet luxury after a busy day out in the Florida sunshine. The community is safe and quiet with lovely winding roads and a children's playground. Close circuit TVs keep give extra security.
For additional security, our home has 2 security cameras outside. One above the garage viewing the front of the property and one along the side over the pool heater.

Outdoors
Relax in our beautiful private pool with comfortable seating. There are 4 lounging chairs and 6 chairs around the outdoor table. The table is located under an overhang so is usually shady but the pool is in the sun until late in the afternoon. Recently we added a seating area with a couch and 2 arm chairs. These seats have comfortable padding and are located just outside the sliding doors. It's a great spot to enjoy a book and a beverage. The pool has a very efficient gas heater and an invisible solar blanket. The pool area is surrounded by a child safety gate. The area is nicely landscaped and has a large lanai.
