It was great for a quiet weekend with our two dogs. It was very comfy for us. The kitchen was stocked well enough for me to make a fancy spaghetti! I loved the gas stove. The kitchen was definitely better than mine at home.
Very nice accommodations for a small group.
Management was responsive to my inquiries.
Was allowed early check-in access to prepare for a last minute booking.
This cabin worked perfectly for my boyfriend and I, and with our two dogs. It had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.
This is a great cabin for two. It has very nice scenery and the host provides all the amenities you would need. It also is a short drive for groceries, gas etc...
we loved everything about this little cabin! our stay was wonderful, and we took the time to go to Bond falls which is about an hour away, and did not disappoint. there is lots to do within a short driving distance of here, and in August it was nice and cool. would definitely stay here again!
Cabin is everything a fall grouse hunter would want or need. Cabin was clean, easily accessible, and the kit hen had everything needed. I had a great stay and have already booked twice again next season.
We had a great stay! The cabin was perfect for a family of four that spent the majority of our time outside. It was clean. The host was friendly, and took good care of us. And the price was very affordable.
Enjoyed visiting family in Iron River, Mi., even though we stayed in Wisconsin. ☺️. The cabin was just over the state line. Cute and clean, quiet. Had a great time!
The cabins are small as advertised, but they have all the amenities you can ask for. They are perfect for a couple's getaway. The location is also ideal. Far enough from town to feel like you're getting away from everything, but close enough to shopping and restaurants that it's not an inconvenience. We could not have been happier with our visit. Going back for our third stay of the summer in a few weeks.
Great place to stay. Reserved for a full week this year and as always not disappointed at all. Has everything you need from pots and pans to firewood for the fire pit outside. All dishes and utensils you will need are there. Very clean and comfortable, couldn't ask for a better place to spend a week relaxing and enjoying the nearby waterfalls and scenery.
This was a very cozy base camp for our exploration of the upper penninsula. Everything was functional. The bed is comfortable. The hosts anwered questions promptly. The property is close to a road, but hardly anyone ever drove by, so it is a super quiet spot.
Absolutely loved it. It is close to everything we needed to be near. Well stocked with everything you need to cook or bake. We ate at all of our favorite places and only used the microwave. Nice fire pit outside. Planning to bring the family in summer. Communication with the host was excellent and prompt.
A beautiful one room cabin. Well maintained, beautiful area, great owners and groundskeeper. Exactly what a fisherman like me, would need. External junction box, with outlets to charge your boat batteries. Simple and serene.Dog friendly, great atmosphere. Prompt communication. No complaints whatsoever. Look forward to going back again!
I have been coming here for five years. Great place to stay if you’re looking to find some peace and quiet. The cabin has everything you need to be comfortable during your visit.
