Two bedroom/bath house, 2 blocks from lake with marina for watercraft rentals, 4 miles to Snow Summit. Located in beautiful, walkable neighborhood, 1/2 mile from Boulder Bay Park and 2 miles from Big Bear Village. Front and rear porches, large, fenced in yard, patio area, fireplaces inside and outside. Very relaxing & peaceful, the perfect place to finally write that novel!
