Comfortable, family and kids friendly, air conditioned apartment with 1 Bath 1 Bedroom with queen bed, 1 sofa bed and outdoor area (private) in the coastal countryside of Puerto Rico. Close to the famous bio bay, Seven Seas Beach, El Conquistador Resort, Seafood Restaurants, hospitals, Las Croabas, Universidad Interamericana of Fajardo, pharmacies and Shopping center. We provide washer and dryer upon request.

Road trip

Perfect location a quiet place and easy to get on the road to what ever activity that’s in range. The appartment was perfect for 2 persons it was clean, new and it has the stuff you need to chill, make a meal and to sleep.

It is a super cute apartment, spotless and comfortable, equipped with all the basics. The host, Emmanuel, is very nice, super helpful, and responded immediately. He even offered us a ride to the beach and told us everything we needed to know about the area. We were there only for one day, and we were happy we stayed there.

Nice small and clean apartment with nice host. We did not spend much time there so the size did not affect us. Could not get a good night sleep. The bed mattress had the original plastic. It made the bed hot and noisy. Recommend using a mattress cover.

It's ok

This listing states sleeps 4 but I beg to differ. This property is renovated and clean but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. The bed only have one mattress and not box spring so doesn't have no support. My son was sleeping in the pullout sofa but it wouldn't stay in place. My husband tried multiple times to put it on a metal latch that would've keep the pull out sofa in place but that was malfunctioning. The table has only two chairs and one of the chairs was unstable the screws were loose. I feel that if this place sleeps four it should at least have four chairs so if we are eating everyone can be seated at the table. My husband had to eat sitting on the sofa which I didn't like because I really treat this as if it was my own property but we really had no choice. The wifi was the weakest I have ever had. It was safe and we had no issues with the surroundings but I have had better.

Location was great apartment was great unfortunately issue with tv because internet would not stay connected not even my hot spot but we weren’t really there for the tv most definitely worth the price I would however find a better way to explain address that was a bit difficult but overall it was fantastic ! !

Apartment close to las vistas Café which serves excellent American, Caribbean and Vegetarian breakfast and lunch, a top rated restaurant in Fajardo on TripAdvisor. We are a short drive to different affordable authentic Puerto Rican seafood restaurants, US fast Food restaurants like Burger King, Domino's Pizza, William's Pizza, KFC, Papa John's Pizza, Panda Express, Wendy's, plus other restaurants that deliver. We're also close to shopping malls with CVS pharmacy, Walgreens, Walmart and local supermarkets if you want to save money and cook you own meals.
