Escape to our tropical paradise on Lake Davenport. This spacious 3BR/2BA, 1,700+ sq ft. (157+ m2) penthouse condo (top floor, 3rd floor walk-up) has everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. It can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably and is ideal for large families. Enjoy the stunning views of the lake and beach from your 2 private screened-in balconies.

Our condo is located in the Four Corners neighborhood in Davenport, Florida. You’ll be close to Disney World, Legoland, Peppa Pig, Sea World, Universal Studios and other amazing attractions in the Orlando area.

When you’re not exploring the theme parks, you can take advantage of the many FREE guest amenities at our family friendly resort. Swim in one of the 4 heated pools, soak in one of the 6 hot tubs, stroll along the walking trails, play sand volleyball, tennis, pickleball, basketball, ping-pong, pool, corn toss, tether ball, shuffleboard or fish from the dock (FL fishing license required). Plan a picnic using one of the resort's charcoal or gas grills. There’s also a kids playground, a kids splash pad and a poolside spa and sauna for your enjoyment. AND NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES!

Enjoy the conveniently located, moderately priced, on-site restaurant and the day spa.

Our condo is smoke-free and pet-free. No parties without prior approval.

Starter pack of coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and garbage bags are provided for kitchen use.

Starter pack of laundry pods are provided for laundry needs.

Starter pack of bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and facial tissues are provided In each bathroom.

Property was very nice staff were very helpful and courteous, the condo was very nice, i think my wife was in love with the master bath/shower. All together it was a great stay we would definitely book here again if we visit Orlando again.

We had an awesome experience. The unit was very clean and had a fun beachy vibe. Kitchen was well stocked and the patio had a killer view of the lake and pool. Nice bathrooms but towels were thin and small. Beds were very comfy. Conveniently located near TradeWinds but very quiet when we were there. Debbie was extremely responsive and quick to reply to our concerns or questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as advertised! Very beautiful property! As mentioned in the posting, make sure you take extra toiletries as you will only get the starter kit. We left behind a washer of and dryer sheet for the next group. The staff was excellent! Would highly recommend this place!

What an absolutely wonderful experience! I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The photos actually don’t do it justice! It’s open and airy, and the color palette is quite calming. The space is amazingly clean and well kept. I could easily make this my go-to vacation rental! And Debbie was so attentive, I felt as if I’d made a new friend. Just all around wonderful!

We love this condo! Great price, lots of room, comfortable beds, clean, and close to the pool! We had an issue with the microwave that was promptly fixed by maintenance. This was our second stay in this condo and we’ll be back again!

We couldn't have been more pleased with this unit. It was very clean. The owner seems to right on top of the maintenance. It was spacious and well appointed. There were many thoughtful items such as a high chair and a pack-n-play for the little ones, pool toys and plenty of chargers for your devices. It was also close to the Disney attractions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Sept Visit

The location is wonderful and the resort is lovely and very well maintained and secure. The unit is nice and spacious with several extras like a stroller and washer and dryer. The unit needs a bit of freshening up of paint, baseboard cleaning, decor (the area rug in the living room is a major trip hazard), caulking in the bathroom, right sink in guest bath needs attention as it is very slow to drain. The balcony was very nice to sit on closed in and very quiet. Nice location to a pool and the restaurant. Very easy to check in, staff was very nice. The splash pad for the kids is a very nice addition. Kitchen and laundry were nicely stocked and very appreciated. Lots of wonderful extras and very nice place.

Amazing!

This place is sooo nice! Nicely updated, very clean, has everything you need and it’s at a great price! Beds are super comfortable and showers are amazing! Love that the pool is right next door with a bar/restaurant attached! Only complaints is that the pool doesn’t allow outside beverages and with the price of drinks, you will go broke! Lol The tv in the bedroom kept glitching but when I told the front desk girl when we checked out, she said they would take care of it right away! Everyone was very nice! There are not elevators so if you have a hard time with stairs, this unit is not for you as it’s on the third floor. This is a pretty big resort so I’m sure there are plenty that are similar on the first floor. The clubhouse/office was close by with another pool with a splash pad! This condo/resort was really amazing! Will definitely be planning another visit! Highly recommend this place!

Great stay. Apartment is brilliant. Spent a very happy week here - shame one of.the pools was out of action, but the other pool was great - apartment has everything you want. Would definitely stay again. Kids loved it. Brilliant.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The place was awesome and spotless. Everyone had a blast and comfortable. We loved the big bath tubs, pool, splash pad, hot tubs, fishing, and the restaurant by the pool. The food was delicious, and the staff was super nice and helpful. They even gave us great tips on where to watch the fireworks with the kids.

Spring Fling

We come to Bahama Bay for a relaxing getaway and once again we were not disappointed! This was a return visit to this unit which is so spacious and accommodating. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Very clean and well maintained. We love it here!

Hurricane Milton

The property was great. It is a nice complex. Unfortunately, we had to leave early because of the hurricane. We chose to evacuate. The owner was in contact with us the entire time of our stay. She called a couple of times to update us with the information she had concerning the hurricane and the intentions of the complex during this time. We decided to leave and not take a chance. Debbie worked with us and refunded some of our money. Much appreciated. If we ever need a place to stay in the area, we will definitely contact her again.
