After only 50m you will reach the sandy beach, which is supervised during the high season DLRG. All units have a balcony or terrace with garden use and free parking spaces. In the immediate vicinity there is a regionally managed fish restaurant and a small bakery. A shopping center is within walking distance. Along the dike, you will walk past the Fritz-Reuter-Haus and, via the promenade, you will shortly reach the pier, spa park with concert stage and coastal forest.

The 3 *** certified, located on the ground floor 50sqm holiday home, offers a balcony with sea views and upscale living comfort. After only 50m you reach the Baltic Sea with fine sandy beach. The comfortably furnished living room with balcony access, includes a comfortable sofa which is extendable and thus sleeping for a 3rd and 4th Person can be used. Also TV and radio are available. The kitchen, which is integrated in the living area, has a cooker, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The separate bedroom has a double bed for a soft sleep and the holiday wardrobe is placed in a large wardrobe. The shower room is brightly tiled and here the underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth. A free car parking space for guests is located behind the house.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Die Lage des Hauses und der Schnitt der Wohnung haben uns sehr gut gefallen, die Nähe zur Ostsee war toll. Die Einrichtung der FeWo ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und zusammengewürfelt. Des Weiteren war es sehr schwierig, eigene mitgebrachte Sachen in vorhandenen Schubladen unter zu bringen, weil alle Schubladen voll waren, u.a. mit Werkzeugen, Batterien und vielen alten Dingen. Auch vom Kleiderschrank war nur eine Hälfte zu nutzen, die andere war voll mit Bettsachen, Hockern und Trittleitern. Im Garderobenschrank standen Staubsauger, Besen etc. In der einzigen Badschublade waren Dinge, die in den Müll gehören und Putzmittel. Einiges an abgelaufenen Gewürzen und fast leeren Ölflaschen standen im Küchenschrank und Geschirr für mind. 12 Personen, aus unterschiedlichsten Materialien und sehr zusammen gewürfelt. An den sehr alten Töpfen waren Griffe geschmolzen. Ein alter Kasettenrekorder im Schlafzimmer mit defekter Kassette.Wir würden diese FeWo nicht wieder buchen, es fehlt die Klarheit, die Aufgeräumtheit, die saubere Moderne.
