New Outdoor Enhancements: We've collaborated with a landscape architecture firm to elevate our outdoor spaces. The hill above the beach has been transformed with over 350 new plantings, and select areas on the property have been refreshed for enhanced beauty and comfort.



Brand New Deck: Experience the outdoors from our new composite deck and stairs leading down to the beach. The old spiral staircase has been replaced with a user-friendly traditional staircase, boasting LED lighting and a frameless glass railing on the upper level for unobstructed lake views.



Revitalized Patio Areas: The patio to the south of the house has been leveled and restored for your relaxation. The patio beneath the deck has been expanded by relocating deck supports onto the hill. A new landing now guides you to the brand new stairs leading to the beach. Additionally, a gravel pathway has been added, leading to the south end of the property near the beach.



Enhanced Lighting and Landscaping: Enjoy the beauty of the outdoors even at night with new landscape lighting along the driveway and at the top of the road, automatically illuminating the surroundings after sunset.



Upgraded Outdoor Furniture: Indulge in comfort with our new commercial-grade, weather-resistant outdoor furniture. The deck now features a 10-person dining table, a 3-person couch, a 2-person couch, a rocking chair, coffee table, and 2 end tables. The patio area boasts a new semi-circle couch seating up to 9 and a new 8-seat bar-height dining table.



Modern Upgrades:

· New Smart TVs and Mesh WiFi: All TVs have been upgraded to new 4K smart TVs, and a new mesh WiFi system has been installed, greatly improving coverage both indoors and around the property.

· Central AC Upgrade: The central AC unit has been replaced with a new 5-ton unit. Downstairs, a 3-zone mini-split system has been added, providing an additional 3 tons of cooling. Each downstairs bedroom has its own thermostat control, offering customized comfort. Smart thermostats and additional sensors upstairs allow remote monitoring and issue diagnosis, ensuring optimal temperature settings.

· Revamped Bathroom: The downstairs bathroom has been remodeled to provide a larger shower area and a more user-friendly shower interface.
