Kitchen •Take trash to the garage and put in proper can. •Load all dirty dishes in dishwasher, please.
Living Room •Thermostat needs to be set at a 76’ when you leave. •Turn off all lights and electronics •ONLY use code to lock front door NOT door knob. Lock all windows and doors before you leave.
Bathrooms and Bedrooms •Leave dirty towels on bathroom floor or near washer. •Check closets and drawers for personal items •Strip all bed sheets and leave in closets
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The optimum temperature for the thermostat is between 72-78°F in summer (for air conditioning) and 68-72°F in winter (for heating).
Please take garbage to the communal pickup area at the south entrance of complex no sooner than 7pm Thursday until Friday morning of each week.
Parents must not leave children unattended at any time. Any guest injuries sustained inside the house are not covered by our vacation rental insurance
