At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be returned will be refunded. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can still calculate according to and before your arrival, the bed linen and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Es war sehr gemütlich in der Wohnung und das Frühstück morgens mit Sonnenschein war ein wunderbarer Start in den Tag. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat nichts gefehlt, was man so brauchte. Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt, also der ideale Standort für alle Ausflüge. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Schöne Wohnung mit großem Garten

Schöne Wohnung mit großem Garten zum Spielen für Kinder. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und besonders an Tellern, Gläsern und Besteck wird im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen nicht gespart. Ein Hochstuhl war auf Nachfrage vorab sofort bereit gestellt worden, ohne Aufpreis. Kontakt mit Vermietungsbüro war super. Strand ist ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß, Geschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen. Lage war ruhig, da diese im verkehrsberuhigten Bereich liegt.

Prima Ferienwohnung

In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, sie ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist praktisch und die Lage in einer Spielstraße ist sehr ruhig und ideal für die Kinder.

Die komplette Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Was besonders zu erwähnen ist, die Wohnung ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts!!! Vom Cocktailglas bis zum Grillanzünder alles vorhanden.
