Excellent property and excellent location. Got to hike some of the Golden Eagle Trail, rode rails to trails and even got a little fishing done. Great time!! Fond memory for sure :)
We had an absolutely incredible time in this home! It was clean, comfortable and nicely updated. Our two toddlers loved all the toys as well as the playset, and the adults loved the bikes, kayaks and tubes to enjoy the rail trail and creek with. We can't wait to come back next year!
Me and my friends do an annual trip up to Pine Creek to fish around Slate Run and the infamous “Stretch” along with other places on Pine and nearby streams. This place fit the bill perfectly! Clean and Quiet. Had everything we needed to relax unwind and have some fun. I highly recommend the property! We will definitely be booking it again.

Thanks Anthony, we hope to host your crew again next year!
Camping buddies glad we've evolved away from tents
This very comfortable and spacious cottage gave us comforts and space to relax as well as the support we needed after long cold adventures on and off the Pine!
We enjoyed our 3-night stay. Great location on Pine Creek and rails trails. Fully equipped kitchen and nice screened in porch. Very clean and comfortable. Owners very quick to respond when we had a question. Would definitely recommend.
This was our first rental at Otter Lodge. The newly renovated house was very nice, spacious and well appointed. The streamside location was idyllic. The hosts were responsive in answering our questions. A very enjoyable stay.
Great weekend on the creek! Our family had a fantastic stay at the Otter Lodge. It was clean, well stocked, and had great extras- like the kayaks, bikes, fire pit and grill. The hosts were incredibly responsive and we really appreciated their communication before and during the stay. We can’t wait to book again!
The weather was really rough on us this year. But having this cozy cabin to hide out in was a blessing for the old folks. Everything is nice and neat. Beautiful scenery to feel that closeness to nature. Would highly recommend staying here.
Enjoyed our second year at Otter Lodge. The fire pit chairs were enjoyed every night around the fire. A wonderful, new addition and so appreciated! Had so much fun tubing the creek and fishing. We hope to make a visit again! Love that you kept the decor in the remodel.
Our family had a wonderful visit together at Otter Lodge. Everything was well stocked, very clean, and exactly as described. This is a wonderful house for kids-there are so many toys, games, and outdoor play areas. We loved having the stream out front, enjoyed the tubes, the firepit, and the screened porch. Access to the bike trail was great for walking and riding. I hope we can return for another visit in the future!
The lodge was great, neat and clean just as advertised. The owners were quick to answer are questions and helped make us comfortable to include several excellent tips on fly fishing hotspots. Our gang went from 3 years old to 75 and we will all be back.
This house was a great house and location. We are a group of 6 friends from college. We have been getting together for a stay on Pine Creek for the past 30+ years as an annual get together. This was the first time staying at this house and we all agree that we would like to make a return visit some day.
This is the second year in a row our group rented the Otter Lodge, and we enjoyed this place again. We love the house, view, creek side location, quiet neighborhood, use of boats and bikes, great fireplace, washer/dryer and comfortable beds. We also noticed the new flooring and bathroom updates. Jen and Neihl were great host, we will be back.

Thank you for the nice review, we look forward to having you back!
Our entire group of very active adults and children ages 2, 7, 8, 9, and 11 loved this property. Productive fishing, tubing, kayaking, biking, hiking and bird watching and toys for the almost 3 year old kept everyone entertained. House is well stocked with movies, games, and toys. A clothes line of some type would be nice to hang wet bathing suits and life jackets, although there is an on site washer and dryer. We loved the house decor!
