VILLA DE YAMA LUXE in Old Town Scottsdale

Located in beautiful Old Town Scottsdale, our home is a modern contemporary and is a close walk to Scottsdale's Ent District, W Hotel, Fashion Square Mall, and much more. Our home is in the best location Scottsdale has to offer!
Our home features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with a heated pool upon request, gas bbq, gas fire pit, large patio, super fast high speed internet and plenty of entertaining space.
This place isn’t suitable for infants (0–2 yrs) and the host doesn’t allow parties, or smoking.
The space
Our home is fully furnished and has everything you will need to have an amazing stay (linens, towels, cooking items, etc)

KITCHEN: Our kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island with gas top range . There is a Keurig K Cup coffee maker, blender, toaster, stove, and oven for you to use. It is fully stocked with dishes (formal and plastic), pots and pans, cups, coffee mugs, flatware, wine glasses, cocktail glasses.

LIVING & DINING ROOM: We wanted to create a space where everyone would want to gather, whether it is at the spacious dining table or the cozy seating around the 65" TV for watching sports, TV or movies.The space
Bedroom #1- 1 King w/ walk in closet & own private Soaker tub & amazing 2 person shower with bodyjets & sprayers.
Bedroom 2#-1 Queen with its own private shower
Bedroom 3# 1 Full bed w/dual closet

Dogs allowed for an additional fee of $500 per pet for the length of the stay with a limit of 2 dogs. House has a doggie door !

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
We like to make it easy. Take out out all trash(bags provided), leave linens and towels in the room you found them, and put all used pool towels in the tub in the master bedroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pick up all trash and recycle and place in bags provided. Place in black can on front side of house. Load dishwasher with rinsed dishes and run w/pod.
Leave towels and bed linens in their respective bath and bedroom. Leave pool towels in bathtub.
Early check in fee $100/hour earlier than 4:00 pm. Late check out fee $100 for the 1st 15 minutes and $100/hour after that.

Thanks Sejal. We have now replaced the water heater to a tankless water heater that will allow all showers to be used simultaneously and give continuous hot water. Hope you will come back.

Excellent location, easy walk to restaurants/bars/shopping and canal. Beautiful, pristine, well appointed home—amenities and attention to detail appreciated. Plenty backyard fun with pool, tv, grilling and putting. Inviting and relaxing stay, highly recommend.

This house and it’s owner, Keith, exceeded all expectations. Great location, great setup inside and outside, very clean. Plenty of room to hang out at night, great kitchen, and the outside area was awesome…pool, putting greens, corn hole, tv, sitting area, etc. Great communication with Keith. Loved the house and would definitely choose to stay there again in the future.

Much needed vacation!

We loved the house and the pool. Keith's house was stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is so close to Old Town. We walked somewhere everyday. Aria for a mani-pedi, breakfast at Morning Squeeze, lunch at Zipp's and Culinary Dropout. The weather was perfect. Thank you for letting stay in your beautiful home. We will return.

Couldn't be happier with our stay...

Myself and a few friends were blown away by this property. It looks even better in person than it does online. There's a ton of space and the backyard area id perfect to hang out in. Super short work to the heart of Scottsdale. We pretty much walked everywhere. Only about 20 minutes or so away from the airport by Uber. Highly recommend.

Incredible Property

We were looking for a great VRBO for some work colleagues to stay together for a conference at the W Hotel which is less than a 1/2 mile away. We found a gem. The host, the property and amenities were all top notch. The house was beautiful and the backyard area was a great place to hang out...putting green, pool, covered TV area...just fantastic. I would highly recommend this property as an alternative to the neighboring hotels. Bravo!

Great Scottsdale trip

This house was a perfect location for our trip. You can walk to Old town for fun nights and close to almost everything. House was very clean and the owner was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely rent here again.
