Very close to downtown Cincinnati. Location is directly behind Lunken airport and 5 min to riverbed. There is street parking free. There is also an outside deck and smoking is allowed. Very quiet and safe. Short drive to Coney Island, Hyde park, mt lookout, downtown. Located in Columbia tusculum area. Pets are very welcome. Must clean up after pets.

Property was occupied but they took my money anyway.

I booked this property on VRBO and when I spoke to the property manager she asked if I booked on some other site which I didn't know why it mattered. I knew I booked it and they accepted my money. I spoke with her about an hour before arriving at the home and she said it was all clean and ready. Mind you that this person lived a couple of doors from the unit. When we arrive the home was occupied be two girls that had paid for the same place at a different site. This manager had the gall to tell me it was my fault because I said I booked it on the site she asked me about. She took both of our monies and knew that the other people were in the place an hour before I arrived. Can you say SCAM!!! She then told me that she would refund the money to which I said "That's not the point, I now have nowhere to stay for 18 days and my two golden retrievers and my wife are with me". WE then had to scramble to find a hotel that would take my dogs and it costs me twice as much to stay there as it would have through VRBO. I certainly feel like VRBO owes me the difference from the place I booked in good faith to the LaQuinta Inn 20 miles away from our original destination.

Thx for your review however you were asked when you called prior to check in did you book on Airbnb and you said yes. If you had said no vrbo you would have gotten proper instructions that booking was unavailable. The manager isn’t onsite and I don’t know what you are talking about. You rudely impeded on guests after already being told the residence was being occupied. It was an honest mix up and you were refunded immediately. Scammers don’t refund and this listing is in no way a scam just a calendar mix up that we tried to rectify before you ever arrived.
