This cozy three-bedroom comes equipped with all the comforts of home with additional features including an enclosed front porch and private, fenced backyard. The full kitchen features all the major appliances for home-cooking, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Meals can be enjoyed together at the adjacent dining table set for six. After the day's adventures, unwind in the living area with shows and movies on the TV. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer and dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Terrible, dilapidated house

The place was dirty. Water bottle and debris under the bed. Oily substance oozing from a dresser. Stains on the floor. Holes in the front entry carpet. Only one mug. Only two cups. Four plates and bowls although the house sleeps six. One bed crinkled when you lay on it. We left after only one night and moved somewhere better.

Quaint Cottage is NOT what you get

The property is not as advertised. Neglected, dirty, ants, hot, broken furniture and dishwasher. Sad. Seems like a nice neighborhood where people are caring for their properties. Look elsewhere.

The bathroom door was not able to close when we got there. We took a screwdriver to the top hinge and fixed it so it closes properly now. There were cleaning supplies left out in the front room. At some point, someone came by and picked them up WITHOUT saying anything. The only reason we knew is because we noticed they were missing when we woke up. The kitchen table only had 3 legs. The beds were not made when we got there (there was a new mattress protector still in it's packaging on top of one of the beds) There were 3 beds, but only 2 sets of sheets.
