This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A and comes with two adult unisex bicycles for our guests to enjoy.

This recently updated townhouse is an end unit facing the west and has the wonderful deck to enjoy your perfect 30A sunset. During the day, head down the private boardwalk to your own gated beach just outside your back door, where you can enjoy uninterrupted relaxation at any time of the day. Private contracted beach service means you'll always have options for renting beach chairs, umbrellas, or other beach gear.

Inside this beautiful unit you will find an open floor plan on the first floor with your kitchen, living area and dining room as well as a half bathroom. Beautiful furniture throughout sets a relaxing tone when lounging in the spacious living area with unobstructed views of the Gulf. The kitchen is overstocked with supplies to cater to every type of chef wanting to prepare a family meal while watching the sun set through the large new picture windows facing the water. Two primary bedrooms, one which is Gulf-front, are accompanied by their own brand new bathrooms adorned with beautiful, high-end fixtures.

Second time here

Again location is great, gorgeous views of the beach and access is ideal. Beach habitats management addressed our issues and were great to work with.

Amazing views from both levels

We really enjoyed our stay and the fantastic views from the main level, master bedroom, and master bath. you can literally shower while watching the waves! Even the second bedroom has views of the water. Over the years, we have stayed a multiple waterfront homes, but have to say that this location, windows, and well-placed furniture, made it one of the best. The access to the beach is great as well. When you view a listing online, you hope the rooms will seem as large as the pictures indicate, but often that is not the case. This property was exactly as advertised (and seemed a bit larger in some ways.) We certainly hope to stay here again. Also, Beach Habitats 30A was great to work with. I loved their policy of having the cleaning inspected before releasing the home and they have an automatic procedure of texting if it's ready for early check-in.

Relaxing Location

I stayed with my teenagers and husband. The kids had a great time being right on the beach. Nice cool weather in October. The house was very comfortable. Beds were fine and everything worked well. The downstairs toilet does flush it just needs a little time holding down the handle. I did learn this from other reviews. All the neighbors were quiet and friendly. I will return. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from inside and outside of this house are stunning! The beach is lovely and not crowded, and beautiful sunsets can be watched from the patio. The location is great, quiet, and not too far of a drive to the grocery store. There is a bike rental shop walking distance across the way. Lovely spot.

Fall Break

Loved our stay at this unit, very well decorated, but could use some painting and updates In The master bathroom. Also the furniture on the porch upstairs was very rusted. Would definitely go back, very safe and right in the beach with beautiful views!
