Window-filled hilltop modern home with expansive backyard abutting hundreds of acres of protected forest with trails, beach, swimming pond, and dog park. Fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with top-end appliances & expert coffee-making equipment. Back deck with grill, rooftop balcony for bird-watching. The house also features a movie theater room and Finnish dry sauna.
Convenient access to a serene and private forest environment. The house borders a lovely park with hiking trails and swimming. Redding is a quiet and peaceful place, with some great markets, restaurants, and parks to visit. There’s a train station a couple miles away.
