This magical setting on Sequim Bay offers a delightful place for your next Pacific Northwest vacation with private waterfront & tideland. Sooth your soul with the stunning views as you relax on the deck watching eagles soar & sea life frolic after a morning of gathering clams, mussels & oysters on the beach or kayaking in the bay. Take the kayaks/stand up paddles down to the beach from the private staircase or bike the Discovery Trail just around the corner (included in the rental). Spacious living room can easily accommodate your group spending quality time together with unobstructed view towards the bay. Make s'more with the indoor fireplace. Let the cool and refreshing air in through the French door while you enjoy your lunch at the dinning area.

Fully stocked kitchen and gas oven and range allow you to cook with ease. Make your own hand poured Chemex coffee with freshly ground coffee beans at the fully equipped breakfast nook.

King size bed on the upstairs loft is also sun drenched and large. Upstairs bathroom has both shower and bathtub, and a double sink providing you ample space.

A queen size bed and a twin size bed in the down stairs bedroom for ultimate flexibility. The downstairs bathroom can be accessed from outside. Perfect place to get clean if you get wet from the salt water in the Bay, or just get back from the rain forest hike in Olympic NP.

A peaceful place to reconnect
We booked the Olympic Forager as a family trip to celebrate my husband's birthday. We changed our minds and left the kid with Grandma and only brought the dog, lol! Although our 10 yr old son would have loved exploring the beach at low tide and all the trails at the park next door, we were thankful to have the time together to re-connect and be adults for the weekend. Just two old farts with our old dog enjoying the beauty and stillness of the place. Best part of the trip was having my husband "draw me a bath" in the luxurious tub:). Also the seafood, such good seafood! Truly Grateful, The Zantow's

Beautiful
Absolutely beautiful setting and was perfect for our family. Location was close enough to visit all the sights we wanted to experience, yet secluded and quiet. 30 minutes from Port Angeles where we took the ferry to Victoria, BC for an overnight stay (highly recommend). Spent 4 days visiting different locations in Olympic National Park. Although the drive was a bit further coming from Sequim, the Beauty of the location of this VRBO is Well worth the extra miles!! So worth it, we extended our stay!! One of the highlights of our stay was a visit from a Bald Eagle perched on a branch just off the back patio for 2 hours one morning. Not to mention the daily morning walks on the beach watching all the sea life- every type of crab imaginable, clams, creatures we still have to look up for identification, huge starfish, otters, seals, and all types of birds. The home was very clean, organized, and well equipped with all of the essentials. Michael and Echo have truly thought of every little detail that you would need, or just enjoy during your stay. Their communication was outstanding as well, and much appreciated!! We will be back!

Waterfront relaxation
Wonderful property right on the water. Really enjoyed sunrise hot tub sessions with the cold plunge in the bay. So much aquatic wildlife in the bay!

birthday gathering
We enjoyed our stay. We were able to view a variety of wildlife, bald eagles and sea otters were close by each day. The house had nice touches of wildlife and nature books with posters of local wildlife on the walls. The owners responded promptly when we had a question. We would visit again.

Lovely waterfront house
This is a lovely house with stunning views. Michal and Echo are wonderful hosts and the house is well-stocked (including fixings for s'mores.) Only complaint is that the soaking tub was out of order during our stay but we very much enjoyed soaking in the hot tub.

We moved from the California Bay Area to here mid June 2022 for the unmatched natural beauty of the Olympics. We both work in tech and are fortunate to be able to work remotely. We live in the cottage next door so if you have any questions or need any help just let us know! We also have a few more amenities such as waffle machines, garment steamers or printers at the cottage.
