Fantastic and beautifully maintained property, close to everything! The kids especially loved feeding the animals and helping to collect the duck eggs in the mornings - would definitely stay again!

This is such a fantastic house. I was here with a group of lifelong friends. We made meals together, had s’mores around the fire pit, and spent lots of time on the back porch taking in the views. The beds were comfortable, the towels and linens were great. Everything was well stocked. Highly recommend.

The property has a beautiful setting and the home is perfect for enjoying time away. We traveled with our entire family, both young and old, for our niece’s wedding. Having several bathrooms, bedrooms, and visiting spaces was so nice. We truly appreciated the beauty and the memories we were able to make. Thank you so much!

We loved the farmhouse so much we decided to return -- yes, it was THAT special. We loved that the house had anything we could have wanted. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. The rooms were comfortable. Morning coffee, afternoon snacks and rocking chairs on the porch provided the relaxation and peace we all needed. Lisa was the BEST host. She was welcoming, friendly, informative and made us feel so welcome. We visited Luray Caverns but otherwise, we assembled jigsaw puzzles, sat outside by the fire and enjoyed her duck family. Her home is a blessing and we're thinking a 3-peat is in our future. Lisa, we would be remiss not to thank your mom for our "welcome" cookies. You and mom are a blessing! We have stayed at many VRBOs all around the USA and this is the only one that makes us feel like we're right at home.

Beautifully renovated farmhouse..spacious, clean, well stocked, lots of charm and special touches. Lisa, the owner, was such a special hostess. Her mom too, loved those cookies! Outside games for all ages, a little menagerie of outdoor animals to enjoy and help feed if you want. Loved relaxing by the firepit at night or sitting on the porch and enjoying the scenery. We will talk about this vacation for a long time to come. Thanks Lisa!

Amazing house and location! Top 5% we have stayed in. Small touches, authentic feel, Minnie circulating outside along with the ducks, rabbits, and cows heard in the distance. Luray just down the road with fun shops, thrifting, coffee. Best was 45min access to Shenandoah trails that gave million mile views and challenges that create memories. Thanks to Lisa for creating this mountain farmhouse!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming farmhouse. Lisa was top-notch-welcoming, responsive and thoughtful throughout our visit. The farmhouse was beautifully decorated, combining historic charm with comfort and warmth. Every room was spotless and well cared for. The kitchen was full stocked with everything we needed, making meals easy and enjoyable.One of the best parts of the stay was waking up to the stunning mountain views each morning. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again!

The Farmhouse was absolutely perfect. The house was beautifully renovated and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
