Stroll down the breezeway to the sand and our rental will save you hundreds...even thousands of dollars off other beach rentals!

Located a short 20 or so houses from the sand. This house is fully furnished, with all the extras! We can easily sleep 8 or more in this spacious multi-level home. There are 3 large bathrooms with total of 5 sinks, roomy showers and a Jacuzzi bathtub in the master suite!

There are many balconies and huge decks for your enjoyment and a gas BBQ on the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped, with lots of dishes, utensils, etc. Linens are provided and there is an oversized laundry room with washer & dryer. There are multiple TV's, DVD's, wireless internet, etc...all the comforts of home with everything you need for a fantastic vacation!!

The backyard offers another outdoor space with an additional BBQ and an in-ground 10 person jacuzzi! The back gate opens to a semi-private 'breeze-way' that leads to the ocean - grab a cup of coffee and stroll to the sand for a morning walk...

The first floor provides a more private space with another living room with fireplace, kitchenette, bedroom with queen bed and large bath with tub / shower...perfect set-up!!

The location is FANTASTIC!! Located between Malibu and Santa Barbara, near the Ventura and Channel Islands Harbor. Soooo much to do (golf, kayaking, rent bicycles, surf, hike, shopping, movies, fabulous restaurants just to name a few) or do nothing at all. Clean, soft sandy beaches await you!

Great location

My wife and i brought our kids and grandkids to visit the coast. There were 10 of us in all, 6 adults and 4 kids. This house was large enough to accommodate us all the couples had a room and the kids loved sleeping in the furnished loft. Its an easy (long block) walk to the beach and we enjoyed walking down to watch the sunset. Neighbors were quiet kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

Beach Wedding

We had our large family in Oxnard/Ventura for one of our daughter’s wedding. This home was enough space for part s good part of our family with a nice private space for my parents. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and get ready for various events. Kitchen was equipped to allow us to cook for the clan. Lovely walk to the beach, nice little yard space. Never got the hot tub into our schedule, tried late 1 night but didn’t warm up, I’m sure operator error. Owners were easy to work with on changes in schedules. Definitely recommend the damage for family vacation!

We bought this tri-level beach house in 1996 and we LOVED living in it while our 3 children were very young. We moved just 3 miles away to be close to schools, etc., but never wanted to be far from the beach!! We recently began offering this home as a vacation rental and we will do everything possible to be sure you have an AMAZING vacation in our 'home away from home'!!
