Steps from the sand, this house has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. Completely remodeled with exquisite finishes including travertine and hard wood floors, granite countertops, and crown molding. You can lounge on an outdoor couch and see and hear the ocean from the luxury of home or you can walk a few steps to experience an unspoiled beach paradise. All 3 bedrooms are downstairs, including a huge master bedroom with en suite bath, french doors to backyard, skylights, and walk in closets. The kitchen, living room and wrap around deck are all upstairs with an ocean view which makes it perfect for entertaining.

If you use the propane tank in the fire table or barbeque current guests are responsible for refilling for the next guest that arrives. Guests are also responsible for cleaning the bbq grill after use. If grill is not cleaned there will be an additional $200 grill cleaning charge.

Fun Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time celebrating the Fourth of July at this property! The outdoor spaces are wonderful as are the spacious bathrooms and well stocked kitchen! We easily walked to the beach and enjoyed a local golf cart parade, fireworks and local eateries as well! We absolutely loved our stay!

We are a group of dear old friends who lived together as roommates 50 years ago on Silver Stand Beach! Our theme was “in our 20’s in the 70’s, now we’re in our 70’s in the 20’s”. Our stay was fantastic in every way, and we look forward to our next get together next year!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

We loved staying here and being steps from the beach. It’s close to Kiddie Beach too. The ocean view patio area is a great place to hang out when it’s warm. The house had everything we needed. The beds are all comfy and decor was beautiful. The kitchen was a nice size and had had an ocean view. We definitely plan to stay again and look forward to it.

Silverstand beach house

We had an amazing time at the house. The highlight was how close the beach was. We could see and hear the ocean from the deck and it was less than a two minute walk away to access the beach. We also loved the natural light in the house and the backyard was great for us and our dog. Overall, we had a great time and our host, Sandra was such a delight. We hope to visit again soon.

I loved not only the location and house, but how many items are around for renters use - bikes, boogie boards, even kayaks. We actually didn't use any of these, but it clearly demonstrates the generosity of the homeowners who are dedicated to you having a great stay. Really nice location, quiet beautiful beach, and loads of sea lions only a few blocks away!

Location and the Beach

This was one of my favorite homes! The location to the beach was right down the road and the view from the beautiful deck was so relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and it was so nice to stay somewhere with little or no traffic! The beds were very comfy and house was so clean. Communication with the host was great. Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time! The house is in such a great location with such a quick walk to the beach. We walked out for the sunset each night, as well as hung out there during the day. The house was very clean, check-in was easy, and the house was fully stocked with everything for the beach. We also enjoyed the patio and the backyard. We'd love to come back.

Best weekend ever!

I don't want to praise this property so much that we can't get it again, but it was just perfect! Loved the spacious rooms and the wraparound deck was where we spent most of our time! Girls Weekend

We had a lovely girls weekend at your home. The fire pit, and large deck lead to plenty of girl talk and laughter. The kitchen was easy to cook meals in. The beach was so close during the day. We hope to make this an annual event.

The perfect beach house

Lovely home that was perfect for our family! We loved the upstairs deck and spent a lot of time there watching the sunset and hanging out. Kitchen and a bathroom are upstairs, bedrooms are downstairs. There isn’t a living room area to hang out inside, but we didn’t need it since we had the deck and the beach only a 2-minute walk away! Only negative thing is there is not central heat. The heater is in the downstairs hallway, so the bedrooms get pretty cold at night. Luckily my kids run hot so wasn’t a huge issue for us. Bed coverings are also thin so bring warm pajamas if you get cold easily! We will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect house for 3 old friends. It’s an easy walk to the beach and to the store. The upstairs lanai has a wonderful view of the ocean. It’s located in a friendly neighborhood. Everything we needed was in the unit and the sleeping accommodations were excellent. This was our second time at this property and we will definitely book this place again.

Check in was easy. The house itself was nice. The wrap around deck was the best. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. If it wasn’t for the two skylights in the master bedroom I probably would have slept longer ;)It took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. Pepe’s tacos stand was a short bike ride away. Didn’t cook much so can’t say much about cookware, etc. all in all a very nice stay. Nice house, nice beach, nice neighborhood!

Location and host amazing, house wasn’t clean and we had to clean it, there were dog poops outside at patio, and the entrance mats were stinky of dog pee. But we took them out and cleaned the house for lime an hour or so .

Perfect Beach Stay

My family of 6 stayed at this great beach house during our recent trip to California. The house is steps from the beach. I enjoyed my morning cup of coffee on the spacious deck every day, listening to the waves and watching the water. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The garage is packed full of toys for the beach including boogie boards, sand toys, kites, chairs, a wagon to haul it all and even a surf board. There are also kayaks for six, although we did not get to try them out. We did use the bicycles to explore the neighborhood. The owner, Sandy, checked in us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

I grew up in California and fell in love with Silver Strand Beach as it is still unspoiled and uncrowded. Everyone who lives in this small community is very mellow and welcoming. Its like Mayberry by the ocean. We remodeled this house without the intention of renting but are happy to share our beach retreat with others.

Why they chose this property

This beach house is tastefully decorated and has been totally remodeled with travertine and hardwood floors, thick crown molding, curved walls, skylights, granite countertops in bathrooms and kitchen, stainless steel appliances, walk in doorless travertine shower . All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the ground floor and the kitchen, living room and 3rd bathroom are on the top floor along with a wrap around deck. All rooms on the top floor have ocean views which is perfect for relaxing or entertaining while only being steps from the beach.

What makes this property unique

The best part of this house is the view of the beach from deck, kitchen and living room as well as being able to walk steps to the wonderfully uncrowded Silverstrand Beach. This house is so far from a public parking lot it is like a private beach just for you. We have very comfortable outdoor furniture for resting outside, listening to the waves and breathing the ocean air.
