The newly renovated luxurious yet homey Villa Louise is located only 250m from the beach in a quiet gated community, opposite the popular Banana beach.

This four bedroom vacation home has a unique ambiance befitting the beach lifestyle, modern yet very cozy, full of natural light and overlooking a big swimming pool in a private, serene garden. The ideal location of Villa Louise places guests right in the center of Santa Teresa, a short walking distance to the best surf spots, shops and restaurants.

The two-story Villa is incredibly spacious with four big bedrooms with queen beds, 2.5 bathrooms, a massive kitchen, living room and garden. Guests can enjoy a home that will meet all of their needs perfectly, stocked with all of the necessary amenities.

Whether it be cooking a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, getting some work done in the comfy office area, watching Netflix on the inviting couch, or lounging by the pool in the secluded garden, this will be the perfect tropical getaway for families, groups of friends and couples alike.

Fresh linens, towels and a daily cleaning service are included. We offer laundry service for an additional fee of $10 per load. The Villa is fully air conditioned and there are ceiling fans spread throughout, along with excellent fiber optic WiFi around the entire area.

Guests have access to the whole house, all the bedrooms, the pool and private secure parking.
The house is inside a gated community with a guard around the clock. It's safe and quiet, yet close to all the action in Santa Teresa.

Our multilingual staff and concierge are happy to provide information of the best sights and activities in the surrounding area and answer any questions you may have during your stay. Yoga, surf lessons and surf trips, horseback riding, waterfall and wildlife hikes, ATV tours or rentals, fishing excursions and Tortuga Island boat trips can be arranged, at no additional charge. We can also contact private chef services.

The Villa is just a short walk from the beach and surf spots, as well as many great restaurants, bars, and prime locations to enjoy Santa Teresa's famous sunsets. You will be walking distance to a supermarket for groceries and will be able to shop for unique gifts at the nearby boutiques. A yoga studio across the street offers daily classes. The area’s best surf breaks at Playa Santa Teresa, Banana Beach and Playa Carmen are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk away.

The neighbours currently have some construction work happening on the property next door, so there may be some disturbance during the day.
