Despite the quiet location, the house is very centrally located. A large supermarket, shops, restaurants, doctor's surgeries, dentists, pharmacies, bakeries, a spectacular rock book with the famous beach bar "Algas" and a bank can be reached in about 3 minutes on foot - the town center and the main beach in about 15 minutes. The apartment for holiday guests has a cozy living-dining room with kitchen, two identical bedrooms with double beds and a large bathroom with shower and toilet. The living area leads directly to the pool (approx. 10 x 5 m) via the covered south veranda. SAT-TV connection, DVD player, W-LAN, radio, central heating, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric stove and a complete kitchen equipment as well as a carport are at your disposal. Fans and additional air conditioning systems are installed in the two bedrooms.
In the Mediterranean garden and front garden with sea view and mighty palm trees, olive and citrus trees and a variety of flowering plants, many cozy places invite you to sit and sunbathe. A barbecue area and a pavilion ingrown with jasmine also enhance the food at home.
