Fantastic location and an easy walk to great food options on Queen Anne/Galer streets and the scenery of Kerry Park. The unit was clean, open and comfortable, with its own access door. We had no problem finding a place to park on the street. Will definitely stay there again.

Queen Anne Seattle
The property was very clean, well appointed. Great neighborhood. Convenient to our daughter in Queen Anne. Will definitely stay again if it is available.
A nice, clean space that looked newly remodeled. Not far from a strip of coffee shops and restaurants. The only complaint was that it was kind of chilly in this basement room.

Excellent location, acceptable lodging
Can walk everywhere in the Queen Anne district; only one block from the beautiful view from Kerry Park. Room, bathroom, bedding, and kitchen were clean.
We felt right at home. The place was so beautiful, brand new and clean! There was a gorgeous viewing point of the entire city right down the street. Would love to stay again next time in Seattle.
I came to visit my son who has lived here for 2 years. The place was clean, and functional. I did miss that there was no coffee pot, but it just forced me to get out and meet some of the neighbors.

Great location to tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and Queen Anne neighborhood. This rental was clean and had nice amenities. Only two observations: bring a pour over or press as there is no coffee pot in the rental. Also, the desk chair is broken and should have been replaced, since no one wants to rent an apartment and find broken furniture when you arrive.

Cute spot in a nice neighborhood
Cute basement studio with full kitchen and plenty of room. Lots of walkable restaurants near by with a really great park one block away to view the city skyline. Some low spots between rooms if you are above 6' 2" probably. Guest services was responsive and very helpful.
It was freezing in the apartment without an extra blanket or throw so made it very uncomfortable

Nice neighborhood/needs some work
Nice neighborhood but shower head needs more strength, hotter water and a coffee maker. The local team took 2&1/2 days to finally deliver a hair dryer that was reported early the first morning. Many texts later, they delivered one the last night we stayed. For the money, I think it could have had the items listed above in better working condition. I think we will go back to hotel next time.

Thank you for staying with us, Elizabeth. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we will be following up with our maintenance team regarding the water pressure. We hope to have another opportunity to host you.
Pretty much as advertised. The basement remodel was done professionally and works well. Excellent appliances, fixtures, cookware and utensils.
Furniture a bit worn and too soft of a mattress with average pillows and coverings - but clean and comfortable. Minimal decoration and not any personality to the place but functional and clean. Entrance door a bit difficult to operate and no full sized windows as this apartment is blow grade but the ventilation was good and there is no Musty or dank lower level smells like might be expected. At this price point some of the local hotels offer a more airy and open environment.

Visiting Family
The house was in a perfect location for us. It was clean and nicely decorated. We had a couple of problems though. The listing said there was a hair dryer but I never found it. Also more wash clothes and towels need to be provided. There were only 2 washcloths and one was under the vanity so we did not use it. Also we had troubles with the key pad. The code was 10 digits long and was difficult every time to use

Thank you for choosing our house for your visit and taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that the location suited your needs and that you found the house clean and nicely decorated.
We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the missing hair dryer. We understand the importance of having essential amenities readily available, and we'll ensure that future guests have easy access to hair dryers.
Regarding the supply of washcloths and towels, we appreciate your input. We'll review our inventory and make necessary adjustments to ensure an ample supply for our guests.
We're sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the key pad. Your feedback is valuable, and we will assess the code system to make it more user-friendly for our guests.
Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope despite these issues, you were able to enjoy your time with family. If you decide to visit again, we'd love the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience.
It was my second visit here, and I likely will stay again due to terrific location and knowing what to expect. The studio is quiet and easily accessible, great location, comfortable bed, hot shower, clean. The complaint I have is that last year when I stayed, I mentioned that there was no coffee maker, a chair at the desk had a broken seat, and the shower floor gets squishy after using it (there is clearly water getting under the tiles). OK, but a year later, all the same problems still exist. Also, the multi digit code to get in is a lot, and the door doesn't reliably lock because the lock is hard to use, and the toilet ran intermittently. Bring a coffee pour over if you like coffee!
We stayed here for 2 nights before going on our cruise. The property was not far from Pier 91 (about 10-15 minutes driving time with traffic. Very nice in Queen Anne section of town. Pictures were definitely accurate. Steep stairway to the basement studio, somewhat narrow, but evenly spaced stairs. A bit difficult to find access to the property is actually behind the house. Have to go up street and go up an alleyway. Couch was obviously white, had a few stains and crumbs/ hair on lounge section. Wooden tail beside bed had bits of mortar from bricks. There was no coffee pot, but we walked to a small coffee shop a couple blocks away the first morning. The second morning we walked a bit further to 5 Spot and the breakfast there was really good! Definitely walkable to attractions, but if you spend the whole day walking, you'll definitely want a ride back up to the house. FYI- We Ubered from the airport and paid almost 87 not including tip.

Great Location
Great location; perfect walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, bars, stores etc. The neighborhood was very quaint and we didn’t have trouble finding street parking. The studio is cute but don’t expect high quality furniture. We came in September and the home was very warm (no ac - not uncommon for Seattle but there weren’t any standing fans to help circulate air). I definitely recommend bringing your own toilet paper; the toilet paper that is provided is so insanely thin. Low water pressure for showering but they do provide soap and shampoo/conditioner in case you forgot yours. If I’m being honest, I think a hotel would be a better bang for your buck UNLESS you want a full kitchen (no coffee maker).

Hello, Kira. Thank you for your thoughtful review. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Please know that the comfort and satisfaction of our guests is our priority. To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Unlike a hotel, we offer service that allows guests to feel like they are "home away from home" and do not clean daily but do provide linens towels, and supplies to get our guests started. However, despite these setbacks, you still enjoyed the location of our condo. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We enjoyed having you as our guest and hope to host you again.
