Beyond Expectations

My friend and I were loved our stay at this property. The cabin was just beautiful and very clean. All amenities listed were available. The cabin and the Smokey Mountain View’s were so much better in person than in the photos! I took the upstairs area and just loved the space as well as the stunning views from upstairs. There was some construction across the street when we were there, but for us it was a non issue and easily overlooked. The arcade games were fun but my friend and I are older so they didn’t get much use but the hot tub was fabulous! Lauren was very responsive and friendly when I had questions. I highly recommend this peaceful, relaxing and beautiful property for your get away.

Loved the view

Overall enjoyed our stay loved the cabin Wished we would have had basic streaming channel maybe Roku one that could just simply turn on the tv and receive basic channels ABC, NBC, CBS FOX and maybe ESPN. That’s not an unreasonable request, I think a package is available to receive the minimal channels and if someone wanted to, watch other apps they could enter their info. One would al least expect basic tv by just turning on the TV Would have loved to be able to sit out front to enjoy the view, maybe even have a fire ring

Nice getaway but read what is all included before making assumptions.

This cabin was a very nice cabin to stay in with a group of four people. It took us about 40 minutes to get to downtown Gatlinburg and to Pigeon Forge. We took a longer route to have a less curvy drive. Very roomy with a beautiful view out the front door perfect for sipping your morning coffee. The host was extremely responsive to our messages which was great as we had several questions once arriving to the property. The kitchen is very spacious which makes it nice for bringing your own food and cooking instead of going out every day. There are two rocking chairs outside and two kitchen table chairs so we brought our own foldable chairs so we could all sit outside together without moving the kitchen chairs. If you are needing wifi capabilities this place is not right for you. We stayed four days and the wifi didn't work at all even though it said we were connected. Thankfully we brought board games as we couldn't watch TV together. The hot tub was very nice but there are no steps to get in so you have to swing your leg up and kind of slide/step in which may not be easy for those who are shorter or of limited mobility ( I am tall 5'9" so it wasnt bad for me but my inlaws couldnt get in). When we got to the property, the grass had not been mowed for quite some time as it reached my knees in places. We informed the owners but they were unable to get the grass cut during our stay which was a bummer. Trash bags were not included which was surprising and there is no fire-pit so don't assume there is one like we did lol. Also, their are fines for not completing things as one should. For example if you accidentally left a dirty dish or forgot to take out the upstairs trash or checked out a few minutes late their are fees. This was not made clear in the rental agreement until we received the welcome booklet email a week or less before our arrival.
