About this property

Exceptional apartment with 156 ft of gorgeous frontage on one of Maine's finest 7 mile lakes!!!!
Only 10 minutes to grocery stores, take out and a variety of restaurants, yet quiet, serene and private describe this offering on the lake!
30 minutes to Portland ( fine dining, shopping and culture ) 30 minutes to Freeport ( home of LL Bean and outlets for shopping ) and 30 minutes to two state parks with trails galore!!
This apartment is fully furnished with dishes, cooking utensils, bed linens, towels and a pool table!
However, we do not furnish wood but you can purchase locally at any grocery store!!!

Outside we have a fire pit, a canoe with oars, 3 kayaks with paddles and life jackets for you! We even have dog towels if you bring pets!
Experience abundant wildlife and amazing sunsets!!! A perfect place to swim, relax, read and explore! The cove is a sandy bottom with no rocks, great gradual drop off.

No other guests will be here, beach is all for you! One dog is allowed and they will love the cove!
The owner and her two dogs live on the top floor, but you will only see her on check in and check out. Her dogs are always in their fenced area and do not swim while your pups are here!! Your apartment has its own entrance and porch. Park in the driveway and walk around to the downstairs private porch.

I’ve been a host since 2014! I love knowing our place is unique and different from most apartments. I’ve been a real estate broker for 25 years. A grandmother of 3, I enjoy hiking, skiing and rock climbing. I also volunteer with dog rescue and refugee resettlement in greater Portland.

Why they chose this property

Our apartment is different in that it has 156 ft of beautiful water frontage including kayaks, a canoe and lots of floats!!! You can relax on the cove or paddle out to the 7 mile lake, where you will see lions, eagles, sunsets and sunrises!!! But if you want to visit a top ten small city, Portland is only 25 minutes away. More James Beard restaurants than Boston in 2021, shopping and art galleries abound!!! And we are dog friendly! Rare to find on the lake!!!
