Weekend getaway

Overall a good quiet weekend getaway trip! Noticed a few issues upon check-in but the host was very helpful and extremely quick to respond to all of my messages and concerns. Thanks for having us. :)

This property is situated in a significantly degraded neighborhood. The external structure is in poor condition, and the adjacent house has been condemned. Upon my arrival, I encountered unresponsiveness from the host when I requested a refund. Consequently, I was compelled to check into a hotel for the duration of my stay. It took two days for VRBO to process my refund, as they were unable to elicit a response from the host. I strongly advise against booking this property.

Terrible!!!

Property is in a VERY unsafe location! There is trash everywhere. Trash in the street. Yard. Garage. Closets. There was a broke picture and stool inside the home. While messaging the property mgr they were slow to reply and left out info specifically the unit number. In the listing there are no outside photos showing how awful the neighborhood is. Very scary. We did not stay there. Once we told the property mgr we were not staying they became unresponsive. I did not feel safe at all. I had 3 kids with me- there was no way we would have stayed.

Everything was terrible from driving into the neighborhood to leaving need to fix a lot of stuff in and out side the house wouldn’t recommend staying and have Nat’s in the house

Save your money, terrible property

Do not book! This entire neighborhood is unsafe and in the ghetto. Trash everywhere, i have tons of pictures if you would like. No parking, sketchy area, no adequate lighting. Felt completely unsafe! If you dont live in the hood you will not feel comfortable

Not as described

The property was a complete disaster. Trash all outside the washing machine had mud and dirt in it and the dryer didn’t work. There were nats and flys in the kitchen and the entire place smelled of weed. The location doesn’t show the property accurately it was a complete catfish. There were only 2 towels in the entire house, no wash cloths or body soap. The pots and pans were dirty as well. I contacted the seller and got 0 response.DO NOT BOOK!!
